Typically this involves helping the customer download and install our programs. A typical day's work might involve helping 10-30 callers. When calls are not busy, you may be asked to work on related tasks. Candidates do not need to have prior experience with our software as training is provided, and only need good knowledge of networked Windows environments.     RMA REPAIR TECHNICIAN Industry: hydraulics manufacturing/aerospace We're seeking a skilled RMA Repair Technician with a strong background in hydraulic systems to perform hands-on repair, troubleshooting, and testing of customer-returned components (RMA's). This role requires precision, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to interpret detailed technical documents such as Assembly & Test Procedures (ATP's) and Component Maintenance Manuals (CMM's). Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience repairing and testing hydraulic components like valves, pumps, and actuators Proficient in reading blueprints, ATP's, and CMM's. Strong understanding of hydraulic flow, pressure, and sealing principles. Skilled in Microsoft Office and basic ERP systems. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Inspect, disassemble, clean, repair, reassemble, and test hydraulic valves and assemblies per ATP/CMM standards. Set up and operate hydraulic test benches; analyze pressure, flow, and leak test data. Diagnose system failures, perform rework, and document corrective actions. Log repair data, test results, and findings accurately in Microsoft Word and Excel. Apply sealants, torque, and safety wiring per engineering drawings. Maintain equipment, work area, and adhere to safety and FOD protocols. Partner with Quality and Engineering to resolve hydraulic performance issues. Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives. Work Environment Frequent standing, handling components, and lifting up to 25 lbs. Exposure to hydraulic fluids, mechanical parts, and moderate noise. Safety-focused and process-driven work environment.
