Results driven CTO and Product Manager/Scrum Master

RP builds teams that deliver value to our customers. He built up NAPC from a 1 person support organization to a dozen, with an average 'time in harness' of 9.5 years. Along the way, NAPC has developed a reputation of rock solid support, with every member of the company weighing in on mission critical issues and lending a hand where necessary. There's a handful of mottos that sum up the organization RP grew:

--- \'Every marine's a rifleman\' Everyone at NAPC provides customer support. From the CEO calling up the chain at a vendor, to the Admin department researching and getting details on vendor contracts, everyone makes sure the customer (and *their* customers) experience the best help they can get.

---\'Production trumps all\' We get it. When Ads don't go out, when customers can't get their files, when production people can't produce, when presses are idle, it's a massive issue. Every process and practice RP has built up over the years is geared towards uptime and reliability.

---\'Listen to the market\' As Product Manager, RP has overseen the complete rewrite of NAPC's flagship interface product, while ensuring continued support for the legacy code, and taking care of new business. The release has been a huge success, with sales tripling over the first 6 months.

--\'Work Agile\' Rob introduced Agile/Scrum development to the NAPC development team, and the results have been outstanding. 2.5 years of Feature Request Backlog were cleared in the first 2 months. Quality code, quickly produced and then adjusted based on market feedback are the rules of the day.

Lawrence D. Chase is a Principal/CSO at NAPC and is based in Greater Chicago Area. He has worked as Systems Manager at Haapanen Burkett; Director of Technology a Publicis Company at Mundocom; and Director of Technology at The Enteron Group, Vertis, Inc. Lawrence works or has worked at Northwest Arts Connection and works or has worked as Director of IT & Digital Solutions at Capps Digital. He attended University of Wisconsin Parkside between 1985 and 1986 and Homestead Resort between 1976 and 1979.
