The workplace environment is unfortunately quite challenging. There are issues with upper management exhibiting a lack of professionalism and respect, manifesting in instances of harassment, inappropriate discussions about the women in the office, and threats towards employees. Furthermore, there are concerning instances of open racism, prejudice, and nepotism. Unfortunately, these factors create obstacles for career advancement. If self-respect is important to you, this might not be the ideal workplace. Moreover, the compensation does not reflect the challenges and compromises associated with the work environment. The lack of effective leadership is noticeably inefficient, as upper management seems to struggle with understanding and executing their responsibilities, resulting in a workplace where tasks often go unaddressed or incomplete. Then when the work is incomplete you will be the only one to blame because the owners can do no wrong.

He's not a nice person. I feel bad for his partner having to bow down at his will. He's vile and spews out of his mouth. That includes racism and all of the above, but what more do you expect out of someone who deals reverse mortgages. He'll have to answer to someone one day for the things he does.
