This 12 month, full-time position reports to the Head of School and plays a vital role in fostering a vibrant and inclusive athletic program that supports the development of students both on and off the field. The Director of Athletics will oversee all aspects of the school's athletic programs, including strategic visioning, coaching, scheduling, and program development, while promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth. Responsibilities:
● Portledge School is in the process of re-envisioning and refining its athletic program and offerings. The successful candidate will lead a major initiative to define the ultimate vision and effectively implement it over the next five years, with outstanding organization, clear, timely, accurate and proactive communication, and strong, collaborative leadership.
● Fully and successfully administer the 5th-12th grade athletics programs, ensuring high standards of performance, safety, and sportsmanship, including opportunities for student athletes to improve skills in developmentally appropriate ways in some grades and programs and to experience competitive success in others.
● Effectively and efficiently provide clear, timely communication of schedules, updates, and information about all athletic procedures, initiatives and events to students, families, and other stakeholders and community constituents. Manage updates to Athletics website, calendar, Team Snap and other communication vehicles as needed.
● Thoughtfully and effectively manage all Athletic Department staff, including the supporting administrative team, the athletic trainer, and head coaches.
● Creatively, transparently, and carefully adhere to the Athletics Department budget and oversee resource allocation, collaborating with the CFO as needed.
● Manage Athletic Department staff to ensure adequate staffing and transportation for all competitions, programs and events, and provide proper training in areas such as First Aid, CPR, AED, heat exhaustion, and concussion management.

Summary:
A Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) provides compassionate end-of-life care to patients in their homes or hospice settings, focusing on comfort, pain management, and emotional support. Hospice RNs assess patient needs, coordinate care plans, and educate families to ensure patients experience dignity and peace in their final stages. They collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care while upholding hospice philosophy and regulatory standards.
Essential Work Functions:
Assess patient needs and develop individualized hospice care plans in collaboration with physicians and care teams
Administer pain management interventions, medications, and treatments to ensure patient comfort
Educate and support families and caregivers, helping them understand symptom management and end-of-life care
Monitor changes in patient condition, adjusting interventions to maintain quality of life
Coordinate care with hospice physicians, social workers, chaplains, and other team members to provide holistic support
Document all care provided, symptom changes, and family interactions accurately and in compliance with hospice regulations
Ensure adherence to hospice best practices, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
Offer emotional and psychological support to both patients and their loved ones during the end-of-life journey
Communicate regularly with the hospice care team to ensure continuous, compassionate care
Complete charting and documentation requirements while meeting visit and productivity goals
Adhere to infection control, safety, and healthcare regulations
Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of practice

Job Title: Inventory Specialist
Schedule: 4×10 (Mon-Thu)
Pay: $19-$25/hr
A manufacturing company is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support receiving, material movement, and inventory accuracy throughout the facility. This role ensures timely flow of materials and accurate reporting within the ERP system.
Key Responsibilities
Receive incoming materials, unload deliveries, and verify quantities
Document goods received and process transactions in the ERP system
Communicate discrepancies or damages with vendors as needed
Move materials to proper departments in advance of production needs
Issue inventory to work orders and maintain accurate stock levels
Perform daily cycle counts and monthly inventory counts
Deliver received materials within 1 day of arrival
Maintain accurate and organized inventory records
Coordinate with Purchasing, Accounting, and Quality teams
Required Skills & Experience
2-4 years of inventory or receiving experience (manufacturing preferred)
Experience using ERP/MRP systems

Position Description
Job Summary:
The Quality Engineer Intern will support continuous improvement across our Quality Control, Engineering, and Production Operations teams by analyzing quality data, investigating nonconformances, and helping implement solutions that enhance product quality and production efficiency. This role provides hands-on exposure to modern precast manufacturing, data-driven quality systems, and advanced inspection technologies, and offers the opportunity to be considered for future internships or full-time employment.
In addition, the QE intern will also contribute to a special inspection-automation project involving a computer vision-based system that compares completed precast components to digital models for placement verification and quality assurance.
Essential Functions:
Results matter. Analyze quality data, defect trends, rework reports, and error-rate metrics to identify high-impact improvement opportunities.
Mastery. Support root-cause investigations and contribute to effective corrective and preventive action plans that strengthen process consistency and quality outcomes.
Respect and engage. Collaborate with QC inspectors, production teams, and engineers to troubleshoot dimensional, embed, and finish-related issues, enabling faster resolution and improved production flow.
Measurement. Assist in developing quality KPIs, dashboards, and standardized inspection workflows that increase visibility into performance and promote data-driven decision-making.
Contribute to the creation and refinement of SOPs, inspection checklists, and digital documentation tools to support standardization and continuous improvement across quality processes.

Position Requirements
Requirements, Education and Experience:
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited college or university with a major in Concrete Industry Management (CIM), Construction Management, Civil, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Technology, or other related field.
