Position Summary Fulfillment & Logistics Specialist-Kansas City GOEX Warehouse In this full-time role, you bring precision, reliability, and care to every step of the fulfillment process. You understand that accurate, timely, and thoughtful handling of each order reflects GOEX's commitment to dignity, fairness, and opportunity. Through your work, you help advance GOEX's mission by making sure every product that leaves our warehouse carries not only quality but also the values of ethical commerce that strengthen families and communities. Your Responsibilities Include Accurately and efficiently pull orders, consistently staying three days ahead of schedule. Reports discrepancies or inventory issues to the Operations Director. Updates order statuses in systems per standard processes. Follows all outgoing shipment guidelines and triple checks orders for accuracy. Assists with post-press and provides additional quality control. Stock warehouse shelves and make notes of inventory discrepancies. Receives and reviews incoming products including counting, comparison against packing list, and quality checking. Reports discrepancies to the Purchasing and Administrative Coordinator. Helps facilitate customer pickups, maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Knowledge and Skills, You Bring to the Organization High school diploma or GED required. 1-2 years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. Customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal skills. Commitment to GOEX's mission and values. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds regularly. Extended periods of standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the workday. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment, including exposure to varying temperatures and humidity. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, carts, etc.) Manual dexterity to handle products and materials with accuracy and care.
