Full Time Perm Way of Work: On-site Salary: $79,800 - $119,600, plus 10% annual bonus The Occupational Health Nurse (OHN) will be utilized to assess, triage, and provide first-aid treatment for workplace injury and illness with a focus on preventing initial injuries and worsening of existing injuries. This role will play a critical part in communication between local safety leadership, other occupational health services, and internal partners, such as Claims, Corporate Safety, and Worker's Compensation. The Occupational Health Nurse should be knowledgeable of HIPAA requirements and handling of confidential medical information. You will also be responsible for completing required record keeping, actively participating in safety meetings throughout areas of support, and educating employees on health-related topics. A crucial element of the OHN role will be accessibility and visibility, both to employees and management.
