Job Skills / Requirements TriCorps Security is hiring professional and motivated Unarmed Level II Security Officers to join our team in Naples, Florida. This is an overnight position (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) requiring regular foot patrols throughout a small community. Applicants must hold a valid Florida Class D Security License and demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and sound judgment while providing exceptional service. As a TriCorps officer, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of residents, staff, and property by performing thorough patrols, monitoring activity, and responding promptly to incidents or concerns. Responsibilities Conduct hourly foot patrols to ensure the safety and security of the community. Monitor access points and verify authorized entry. Observe, report, and respond to irregular or suspicious activity. Maintain a visible presence to deter potential security or safety issues. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or service calls. Prepare accurate reports documenting activities, observations, and incidents. Collaborate with management to uphold TriCorps' standards of excellence and service. BASIC SUMMARY: Randomly patrol community and respond to all calls for service to ensure the safety and security of residents, guests, and staff members. Standard shift overnight and weekends, Thursday through Monday. Must be able to pass background check, drug screen, MVR. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Random patrol of the community. Respond to calls for service. Monitor and report opened garage doors. Monitor and report lighting deficiencies within the community. Complete detailed report(s) of all activity during shift. Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance (specific standards outlined in employee handbook). A proper uniform must be worn while on duty. Ability to speak Spanish a plus. Full-time associates must schedule PTO during off-season months. Thorough knowledge of the property, facilities, and surrounding areas. Ability to effectively deal with internal and external residents, guests, and staff, with a high level of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger and collect accurate information. Ability to listen effectively, speak, read, and write in English clearly to ascertain and document important information. Hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations. Ability to work in a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to achieve positive guest relations and maximize guest satisfaction. Ability to work without constant direct supervision.
