Maritza Arizmendi is a CFO at OFG BANCORP and is based in San Juan. She has worked as CFO at BBVA, VP Risk Management at BBVA, and VP Finance at BBVA. Maritza attended Universidad de Puerto Rico between 1986 and 1990 and University of Puerto Rico-Río Piedras between 1994 and 1999.

Ganesh Kumar is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and a member of the Executive Committee. He has been instrumental in helping transform the Company, implementing OFG’s strategic vision and leading the Company’s acquisition and integration efforts. Since early 2012, as CFO, Dr. Kumar's core responsibilities include Corporate Strategy, Corporate Finance, and Accounting. In addition, he continues to oversee Human Resources, Information Technology and Bank Operations. Dr. Kumar, joined OFG in 2004 as Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer, and was named Chief Operating Officer in 2009. Prior to OFG, Dr. Kumar was a Director of consulting practice for Gartner, Inc. (NYSE: IT), an industry leading research and advisory firm, where he assisted a wide array of financial services companies with their strategy and operational initiatives. Earlier, Dr. Kumar was a Product Development Manager at McKesson Corporation (NYSE: MCK) from 1997 to 1999; a Planning and Technology Architect at Intercontinental Hotels Group (NYSE: IHG) from 1995-1997; and as a Consultant, advising several large, banking and insurance clientele worldwide, from 1986 to 1995. Dr. Kumar holds a doctoral degree in management from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, OH.
