- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience within a development office
- Experience in statistics, analysis, research, and portfolio management within a non-profit organization are highly preferred.
- Experience with database/CRM Management required; Blackbaud Altru preferred. Blackbaud certification a plus.
- Excellent communication (verbal/written) and time management skills are required.
- Master proficiency of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel required.
- Ability to translate complex concepts to those with differing aptitude.
- Excellent organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail; strong planning skills, including ability to anticipate tasks, set priorities, meet deadlines and function smoothly under strict deadlines and shifting priorities.
- Occasional evening, early morning or weekend work may be required.
- Proven ability to problem solve creatively and effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail required.
