The Health Benefits Operations Student Intern performs entry project work related to their field of study and health benefit administration. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Health Operations
• Develops project to review eligibility and enrollment operational processes and procedures, analyze performance data, identify process improvements, procedural efficiencies, develop performance reporting dashboards, and recommend process changes that maintain or increase customer satisfaction.
• Develops project to measure and track retirees' inquiries and satisfaction with the services health benefit counselors provide.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Learn and participate in the arena conversion process alongside the Operations team, including setup and teardown of flooring, seating, barricades, staging, and event equipment.

Contribute to process improvement efforts by assisting with updates to standard operating procedures and departmental documentation.
