Ms. Howard has developed and instituted programs to support the growth of the organization, including strategic market analysis and planning, targeted business and client development, operating model and profitability enhancements, compensation, incentive and retention programs, client channel alignment and integrated brand management. Ms. Howard is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. She continued her educational pursuits via completion of several Harvard Business School Executive Education programs, with a focus in Finance and Management. Ms. Howard is a member of both the Board of Directors for Kemper Corporation and the Board of Directors for InnerWorkings, Inc. She also serves on the Foundation Board for Lurie Children’s Hospital. Ms. Howard is a champion of women’s leadership development and is a founding member of the Women’s Leadership and Mentoring Alliance (WLMA). She is also an active member of both the Council of Economic Advisors for Cook County and The Commercial Club of Chicago.
