Dr. Selvaratnam is an entrepreneur who, following the sale of his own business, has held several executive C-level positions within the Software and Security Solutions industry with such firms as De La Rue, HID Global and Assa Abloy. He has over 35 years of experience in innovative strategies to grow technology businesses in the security markets with leading technologies, as well as customer centric differentiated solutions.

Product and Technology executive with broad experience in Product and Software Development on Mobile, Mobile Apps and Web working with leading organizations like Walmart and Macys. Spearheaded the development of new E-Commerce platforms for Walmart Global E-Commerce using ATG as well as Spring Framework (SOA). Led the implementation of Global Agile strategy for Walmart E-Commerce and supported the roll out of Agile at Macys.com Led the development of native apps on IOS (objective-c) and Android (JQuery) as well as using Mobile Angular (HTML5). Managed global teams with over 100 employees and with the budget responsibility of over $50M.

Bev Dew has worked for over 20 years in international development, construction, and business services industries, most recently as CFO at Kier Group plc and prior to that in Senior Roles at Balfour Beatty, Lend Lease, and Redrow homes. He has extensive experience in both debt and equity capital markets as well as M&A, business transformation, and ERP implementations. Bev started his career at the defense research agency as a research physicist before qualifying as a chartered accountant at Coopers and Lybrand.

As OpSec Security’s Chief Product Officer, Lisa is responsible for delivering best-in-class products and services across the company’s comprehensive Online and On-product Solutions offerings. She is also responsible for embedding customer-centric design into the product roadmap and supporting OpSec Security in delivering Protection and Authentication Solutions that completely satisfy its customers’ brand protection strategies.

Arrowsmith joins OpSec Security following senior leadership and product management positions with global technology and B2B data companies such as Omdia and IHS Markit, where she was responsible for strategy development, product and platform integration, and customer-driven product design, serving clients across diverse industries, including software, display technologies, consumer electronics, media, service providers and platforms.

Riya Sood brings 20 years of experience in leading HR Transformation. She has worked at Fortune 500 companies across diverse industries (Technology, Consulting, Energy, Financial) and geographies (Americas, Middle East, Africa, Asia). Strong business acumen, developing, and implementing large global change programs is her forte. She has an outstanding track record of leading M&A, integration, divestiture projects, and managed critical people initiatives in complex, matrix organizations. Riya started her career with Standard Chartered Bank and post that led senior roles at Tech Mahindra, Weatherford, Deloitte, EXL.

Bill Taylor joined OpSec Security in August 2020 as Chief Marketing Officer. With more than 35 years designing and developing market winning strategies, he has fostered best-in-class marketing teams and repositioned and strengthened global brands including Panasonic, Motorola, and Philips. Bill is recognized for providing Customer First leadership to drive sales-winning customer engagement initiatives. He is an accomplished thought leader and is published in numerous trade journals. Bill has been a frequent and recognized moderator, presenter, and panelist at industry and government conferences. He holds an MBA from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado.
