In 2015, E2E was the recipient of a Charity League of Corpus Christi grant in the amount of $250,000, which provided for the purchase of the Coastal Compass Mobile Center.

In 2018, the Lumina Foundation named Corpus Christi a Talent Hub and provided E2E with a grant in the amount of $275,000 to increase educational attainment rates by meeting the needs of specific populations.
The CEE name was changed to E2E in 2020 to better reflect the organization’s mission, which is to bring together people, information, and resources to increase educational and job attainment in the Coastal Bend.
Efforts to increase postsecondary outcomes for rural Coastal Bend students were enhanced in 2020 through a partnership with rootEd Alliance, Inc.
Passionate about the intersection of faith and work, Marc was immediately intrigued by the Workforce 2020 project and was recruited by Jacob Stuart to serve as Vice-President of Faith-Based Organizations for the project.
This innovative workforce development initiative explored the challenges of recruiting and retention of entry-level workers and how to transition generational welfare recipients into the workforce. It was during Workforce 2020 that the JP model was first tested in Orlando.
