Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. We are currently in search of Fair Consultants to help grow the Book Fair business. Summary: Flex Fair Consultant is responsible for maximizing Book Fair penetration by effectively prospecting new schools and by building strong customer relationships to maintain Fair rebooking rates. Sharp planning skills will minimize cancellations and optimize event schedules, ensuring smooth operations and maximized profits. Ultimately, you'll be a passionate advocate for reading, igniting a love for books within every school you serve. This role does not have an assigned area but will support the territory pod as a whole until an opening becomes available.

Revenue Growth:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
