Personal Assistance
Household & Lifestyle Management:
Coordinate with household staff, property managers, and service vendors for multiple residences.
Schedule maintenance, oversee vendors, and ensure properties are operating smoothly.
Event & Party Planning:
Plan and execute personal and firm-related events, including the CEO's annual summer party and holiday (Christmas) party, attended by large guest lists of employees, family, and professional contacts.
Manage all aspects of event logistics, from venue selection, catering, décor, entertainment, and transportation to invitation management and day-of coordination.
Coordinate with multiple vendors including event planners, florists, caterers, photographers, and rental companies to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly.
Oversee invitation design and distribution, track RSVPs, and manage guest communications with professionalism and discretion.
Maintain event budgets, timelines, and vendor contracts, ensuring cost-effectiveness while delivering a refined, high-quality experience.
Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO, guests, and vendors, ensuring that all logistics and presentations reflect the firm's culture and the CEO's preferences.
Personal Scheduling & Logistics:
Manage personal calendars, appointments, and commitments, ensuring alignment with professional obligations.
Handle errands, reservations, and travel arrangements for the CEO and family as needed.
Anticipate personal needs: birthdays, holidays, and travel; ensuring thoughtful preparation and organization.
Regularly provide driving support for the CEO, family members, and guests, ensuring punctual, safe, and discreet transportation.
Discretion & Trust:
Handle all personal and professional information with the highest level of confidentiality.
Serve as a trusted confidant and representative of the CEO, maintaining composure and discretion at all times.
Navigate sensitive and time-critical issues with tact and minimal supervision.
Executive Support
Calendar & Meeting Management:
Proactively manage a complex and rapidly changing calendar, ensuring the CEO's time is optimized and priorities are aligned with strategic objectives.
Coordinate and confirm meetings with investors, senior leadership, and external partners, balancing competing demands with efficiency and tact.
Prepare daily and weekly agendas and briefing materials to ensure the CEO is fully informed and prepared for all engagements.
Communication & Correspondence:
Act as the primary point of contact for all communication to and from the CEO, demonstrating exceptional judgment and professionalism.
Draft, proofread, and manage confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations with attention to detail and tone.
Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails and calls, ensuring timely follow-up and alignment with the CEO's preferences.
Meeting Preparation & Follow-Up:
Organize and support investor, board, and leadership meetings by coordinating logistics, preparing presentations, and managing materials.
Record and track action items, ensuring timely completion by responsible parties.
Maintain a high level of awareness of ongoing projects, priorities, and business developments.
Travel Coordination (Occasional):
Plan and execute detailed domestic and international travel arrangements, including commercial and private flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and meeting logistics.
Prepare comprehensive travel itineraries with contact lists, schedules, and materials to ensure seamless travel experiences.
Remain on-call for travel adjustments and urgent needs, providing real-time problem-solving support.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of experience supporting a senior executive, ideally within financial services, or a similar fast-paced environment.
Must have a car
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
The SCA Parks and Trails Assistant will help to maintain and steward Scenic Hudson's network of parks and other conserved lands through weekly inspections, and maintenance and improvement projects. Work will include frequent and regular visitation to the parks (50% independently, 50% supervised) to ensure a high level of cleanliness and order that is a hallmark of our parks. This includes inspecting and maintaining park gateways, trail systems, infrastructure and other amenities, often requiring the use of hand and small power tools. When in the field, the Parks and Trails Assistant is expected to engage visitors in a friendly manner to answer questions and to provide basic information about Scenic Hudson's mission and the ecological and historical resources of the parks. The assistant will monitor trail conditions and develop work orders that will be entered into our database. They will communicate any issues found in the field to other parks team members, and report findings and work outcomes at weekly team meetings. The candidate will also assist with Scenic Hudson programming and events that may require them to work occasional evening and weekend hours. Routine visitation of Scenic Hudson parks (60% of workload) will include work such as: -Ensuring the park is clear of litter and the trailhead kiosks, interpretive signs and other park signs are clean of debris, cobwebs, and dirt -Monitoring and maintaining all park trails -Inspecting and repairing infrastructure (i.e., benches, bridges, boardwalks, kiosks, entry signs) -Reporting and responding to issues of vandalism and graffiti -Learn to identify park and trail improvement projects and implement them with other team members -Assist with the management of parks and other conserved lands including but not limited to removing potential safety hazards, monitoring and securing boundaries, mowing and gateway maintenance - Assist members of the Science and Stewardship Team to control invasive plants and other related projects - Perform administrative duties (timesheets, meetings, etc.), participate in safety training, enter field observations into our work log (20% of workload) -Assist with public events and programming in Scenic Hudson parks as needed (10% of workload) -Participate in all SCA Corps-wide trainings and service projects, as well as project evaluation and reporting (10% of workload) Goal 1: Develop a keen eye for detail regarding the condition of park infrastructure and trail conditions, ability to identify hazards/issues, and plan and complete appropriate repairs/solutions. Required Qualifications
Valid driver's license of at least 3 years with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a federal background check
Minimum of Associate's degree or one year's work in the field of environmental science; land, natural or recreational resource management or related field
Ability to perform physical work outdoors in a variety of settings including urban and semi-remote locations in varying weather conditions independently and as part of a group.
Interest in recreation resource management, trail work, and public access issues
Must be physically able to walk 4+ miles a day over varied terrain and lift up to 50 lbs.
Position requires frequent exposure to potentially harmful biotic factors including poison ivy, stinging & biting insects and ticks carrying Lyme disease.
Applicant must provide their own transportation.
Applicant will be required to use their personal vehicle to travel to office, workshop, and occasionally to job sites (will be reimbursed at the IRS standard reimbursement rate).

Duties/Responsibilities:
Provide psychiatric and psychotherapeutic care for adults, including psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, collaborative treatment planning, psychopharmacology, and psychotherapy.
Participate in the pre-assessment process for prospective patients and respond promptly to admissions and/or inpatient services requests for input and consultation.

StretchLab Pleasantville are seeking Fitness and Bodywork professionals to grow our team of innovative Flexologists.
StretchLab is the industry leader in offering one-on-one assisted stretching in a boutique fitness community environment. To be part of the team, each Flexologist must satisfactorily complete StretchLab's Flexologist Training Program. This includes approx. 100 hours of a combination of in-studio and formal webinar pre-requisite training, followed by StretchLab Franchise's formal 2 day In-person Flexologist Training Class taught by a Master Instructor. All training paid for by the studio ($850 value at no cost to you)! You also get paid for your training time!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Ability to create and foster a positive environment that welcomes all people and have a passion for helping people achieve their movement goals.
Provide exceptional customer service and deliver a high-end experience to every client
Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions of 25 and 50 minutes. Stretches may include all major muscle groups, plus extremities, including work on the small muscle groups and neck.
Educate clients on benefits of stretching and encourage and motivate clients throughout their stretch session making sure the client knows what the stretch is designed to do, and how it should feel.
The Flexologist will assess the client's mobility and educate the client on stretching techniques to help keep them as mobile and limber as possible.
Ensure safety of clients regarding proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules
Be able to discuss, recommend, and help promote future visits and membership options with clients
Manage client care by delivering a best-in-class stretching experience, updating client notes consistently, encouraging regular attendance with recurring appointments and suggesting relevant client ‘stretch homework'.
Attend and participate in staff meetings and required educational presentations, complete all continuing education as assigned
Clean and maintain studio environment and equipment
Qualifications
Love of boutique fitness environment is a must - passion for movement, stretching and flexibility
Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provide hands-on training with client of at least 1-year hands-on bodywork experience
Strong professional work ethic and punctuality critical
Strong communication skills that exude empathy and compassion
Part time (15 hour minimum) and full time shifts available. Shifts are generally 4, 5 or 6 hours.
Preferred Backgrounds
Athletic Trainer, Personal Trainer, or Sports Performance Coach
Corrective Exercise Specialist, Kinesiology and Sports Medicine
Physical Therapist (and Aides who are conducting hands on therapy assists)
Chiropractors (and those in training)
Licensed Massage Therapist
Former collegiate and professional athletes with strong understanding of anatomy
Pilates or Yoga Instructors
Formally educated and trained Dancers
