    A leading surgical services group in Austin, Texas, is seeking to expand its team with the addition of a Physician Assistant or NP/RNFA. This is a surgery ONLY position. Schedule: Monday to Friday, with no call or weekend responsibilities. Surgical Time: 25-30 hours per week. Not uncommon to have 1-2 cases in a day and finish early. Responsibilities: First assist duties only (Oncology/GYN, general). No orders, clinic or rounding required. Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 based on experience. 1-2k quarterly bonus structure. The nurse practitioner or Physician Assistant will provide professional direct patient care for the practice.
