We are seeking a like-minded nurse practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide care and support to a wide variety of patients and work in a friendly, welcoming environment. The nurse practitioner or Physician Assistant will provide professional direct patient care for the practice. The ideal candidate is personable, enjoys focusing on getting the best outcome for the patients, has experience working with joint injections/orthopedics and is a team player willing to work with a multidisciplinary team.

Duties:
Patient exam/evaluation- HPI, physical exam, medical history, review pertinent information/records/imaging
Order and review diagnostic imaging
Diagnosis and Treatment Plans
Treatments (injections, therapies)
Order labs/testing and review the results
Referral to other providers as indicated
Documentation- timely and accurate
Patient education- as to the diagnosis, treatment plan options and pre/post care instructions
Qualifications:
Graduation from an Accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in TX
Experience working in Pain Management setting preferred but not mandatory
Schedule:
4-5 days a week
