The Physician Director is the senior clinical leader of a VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic serving enrolled Veterans. This role combines direct patient care with medical leadership to ensure safe, high-quality, equitable, and Veteran-centered services aligned to the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) model, VA directives, and evidence-based practice.
