Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care including prenatal, labor & delivery, and postpartum care
Perform office-based gynecological procedures and surgeries including minimally invasive techniques
Manage both routine and high-risk pregnancies
Participate in on-call rotation
Provide preventive care, annual exams, family planning, and reproductive health counseling
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, coordinated care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EMR systems
Participate in clinical initiatives and quality improvement efforts

Summary
Under indirect supervision, provides and manages health care for a specified patient population.
Essential Functions
Provides and manages direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses and treatment for a specified patient population.
Engages patients and their families or caregivers in understanding, setting and monitoring self management care plans, and documents individualized care plans and care coordination in the patient chart.
Analyze patients medical history, medication allergies, physical condition and examination to determine best care
Diagnose medical condition
Prescribes pharmaceuticals, other medications, and treatment regimens as appropriate to assessed medical conditions.

Directs and coordinates the patient care activities of nursing and support staff as required.

Education and Experience
Medical Doctor with 3 to 5 years of direct patient experience which may include residency.
