Pica9 benefits

Work from Home 100% is a major plus. Also, the discipline of a big company in software development, with the atmosphere of a small, closely knit team.

What do you like best about Pica9's CEO and the leadership team?

The leadership team provides twice-monthly updates so everybody knows what's happening in the business and they try to share both the good and the challenging, so that we really have a clear sense of what's going on.

How would you improve Pica9's culture?

Maybe a little bit more in-person time, blended with the WFH standard. Bring back the annual retreat!

How did you prepare for the Pica9 interview?

This isn't really a relevant question as I joined the company at its founding when interviews weren't really a thing,.
