The journey started in 1996 in Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh, India with a vision to provide a range of industry best seating and interiors products for commercial vehicles.
In December 1998, Pinnacle merged with Software Assurance Corporation; SAC was a primary supplier of wholesale and retail fuel distribution systems, including the product Fuel Smart™, which gave Pinnacle the industry’s leading petroleum accounting system.
In 1998, The Pinnacle Corporation received the honor of being the supplier inductee into the Convenience Store Hall of Fame at the annual NACS meeting in Atlanta.
Further expansion in 2005 saw the opening of the Birmingham, Alabama office.
In 2016, Bob Johnson, founder and CEO of The Pinnacle Corporation, the leading supplier of automation technology to the convenience retail and petroleum industries, is one of the two 2016 inductees into the Convenience Store News Hall of Fame.
Pinnacle Social & Charitable Foundation (PSACF) is a non-profit organization established in 2018 by Pinnacle Industries Ltd.
