Polyvore CEO and leadership

Jess Lee (born 1982) is an American venture capitalist. She is a partner at Sequoia Capital and the former chief executive officer of Polyvore.

As Polyvore's Chief Revenue Officer, Arnie built the company's repeatable revenue model and go-to-market organization, and later as its Chief Operating Officer helped lead the company to a $230M exit to Yahoo, where he continued to lead the go-to-market organizations for Polyvore and Tumblr until the sale of Yahoo to Verizon in June 2017. Prior to Polyvore he was Chief Executive Officer of Ad.ly, where he built it into the largest influencer marketing platform on Twitter, and prior to Ad.ly he ran product, engineering and ops for Fox Audience Network, where he helped built it into the #1 ad network for monetizing user generated content. His work was recognized by iMedia in 2009 when he was named one of the top 25 innovators in internet marketing. Prior to Fox, Arnie ran product management for Yahoo's contextual advertising program and prior to Yahoo he spent eight years in product management at Ticketmaster and startups in Los Angeles, Berlin and London.He has a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from the University of Bristol and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
