Consolidate and analyze financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop financial models that support strategic initiatives and long-term planning. Reporting & Financial Analysis Own the development and enhancement of financial reporting tools and dashboards tailored to Operations leadership. Conduct in-depth variance analysis and present findings with clear narratives and strategic implications. Manage monthly and year-end close processes, ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial entries and cost allocations. Prepare and deliver monthly financial packages, including manufacturing P&L, cost pillar dashboards, and operations finance summaries. Operational Support & Business Case Development Perform cost simulations to forecast financial impacts of operational decisions. Serve as a financial advisor to Operations leadership, providing guidance on cost optimization and risk mitigation. Qualifications & Requirements: Skills & Knowledge: 3-5 years of progressive financial analysis experience, preferably in a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environment. Proven track record of supporting operational teams with financial insights and strategic recommendations. Advanced proficiency in Excel; strong skills in PowerPoint, Word, and ERP systems (SAP preferred). Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and business case development.
