Technical Proficiency:
Expertise in Order Management Systems (OMS) and ERP platforms.
Advanced Excel skills including macro development (VBA) for automation and efficiency.

* .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
* 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;

* Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

+ There are a few different types of work that we do monthly. The beginning of the month is centered around data integrity and standard/routine processes. At the first of each month, we assist the data warehouse with their table loads by ensuring the data is complete and accurate. Once the tables are updated, we then run all our standard/routine processes against the updated data and deliver those reports. The remainder of the month will be spent creating ad hoc reports and working directly with customers to ensure the information they receive is relevant and accurate to the request.
+ Most of the job is centered around programming to create useful and insightful reporting. Currently, we use a combination of SAS and SQL to pull, manipulate and report the data.
