Group III International is the exclusive North American licensee for SWISSGEAR and WENGER, designing and distributing trusted travel gear across major retail and digital marketplaces. Our eCommerce team owns the performance, profitability, and digital shelf execution of our brands across Walmart, Amazon, and other strategic partners.
About the Role
This role is the digital owner of assigned marketplace channels, with primary responsibility for Walmart (1P and 3P/WFS) and Amazon Vendor Central Canada. You will own how products are assorted, priced, merchandised, and scaled, with clear accountability for revenue growth, inventory health, and profitability.
This is not a logistics or order-entry role. Success requires a strong analytical and commercial mindset, with a clear understanding of how program selection, fees, funding, and pricing decisions directly impact margin. As the business evolves, this role may take on additional marketplace accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Business Ownership
Own day-to-day performance and growth strategy for Walmart and Amazon Canada marketplaces
Drive revenue, conversion, and digital shelf visibility across priority SKUs
Build strong merchant and platform relationships to support promotional and growth initiatives
Assortment, Pricing & Margin Management
Own marketplace assortment planning, determining which SKUs to list, scale, suppress, or exit
Make pricing and program decisions (1P vs 3P/WFS, DI vs Domestic) with full awareness of fees, allowances, and margin impact
Evaluate SKU-level contribution margin to balance growth and profitability
Inventory Forecasting & Operational Readiness
Forecast demand and manage weeks-on-hand targets across large SKU assortments
Partner with supply chain teams to align inventory flow with sales and promotional plans
Proactively resolve OTIF issues, chargebacks, shortages, suppressions, and compliance risks
Digital Merchandising & Content Execution
Own PDP quality, listings, imagery, copy, A+ content, and brand shop execution
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and conversion optimization across marketplaces
Partner with Creative and Product teams to elevate digital shelf execution
Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze SKU-level performance, sell-through, inventory efficiency, and margin
Build and maintain Excel-based models to support forecasting, pricing, and assortment decisions
Deliver weekly and monthly performance recaps with clear insights and action plans
Retail Media & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with internal paid media teams to align retail media investment with priority SKUs
Support promotional calendars through pricing strategy and merchandising readiness

About You
3+ years owning sales performance for one or more major eCommerce marketplaces
Hands-on experience with Walmart Retail Link, Supplier Center, Item 360, and WFS

Strong understanding of marketplace fees, funding, and margin drivers
Advanced Excel proficiency required (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, forecasting models, IFERROR)

Your Role at SIXT
* You lead cross-functional initiatives that drive performance improvements in our counter bypass digital rental platform, with a strong focus on conversion enhancement and user experience improvement.
* You partner with stakeholders across Digital Products, Engineering, UX/UI, Operations, and branch locations to ensure successful delivery of customer experience and operational best practices.
* You translate customer survey data, user insights, and business requirements into clear, actionable plans for both digital platforms and branch execution of counter bypass programs.
* You monitor key performance indicators, conversion metrics, and customer satisfaction scores to keep initiatives on track and aligned with business goals.
* You deliver measurable outcomes that improve digital rental conversion rates, customer experience, and branch operational effectiveness in supporting counter bypass services.
Your Skills Matter
* Experience You have a minimum of 2 years of digital product management or experience management background, preferably within e-commerce, travel, mobility, or rental industries.
* Education You have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field with PMP certification preferred
* Leadership Effectiveness You have strong skills in stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to align diverse teams around customer-centric goals and translate insights into actionable branch guidance.
* Commitment to Excellence You have proven ability to drive customer experience improvements from data analysis to implementation, balancing digital platform enhancement with operational execution in a fast-paced environment.
* Technical Proficiency You have proficiency with digital analytics tools, experimentation platforms, and customer feedback systems, along with experience in agile product development methodologies. You are also comfortable working with digital platforms and customer journey enhancement, with the ability to bridge customer insights, business needs, and technical solutions while supporting field operations.
* Travel You are flexible and willing to travel domestically and internationally, up to 20%.

As a Product Manager/ ProductOwner, you will join a team that develops foundational platforms, enabling card members across the full spectrum of digital channels including mobile, email, social and web.

The successful individual ensures that the Product meets the evolving needs of the enterprise through continual innovation, evaluation, and deployment. **Responsibilities include:**
+ Identifying opportunities and driving product strategy, roadmap, and features
+ Managing the product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution.
+ Prioritizing engineering work and balancing the requirements of customers and stakeholders.
+ Enabling analytics-driven decision making to evolve products and usage.
+ Understand how to APIs work and should be able to look into data schema's and run analytics on how to leverage to the data for internal consumer needs.
+ Ability to read request response JSONs / XMLs key for success in this role.
+ Evangelizing the product both internally and externally and shepherding products through the development process, advocating to achieve the best outcomes.
+ Interacting with customers to identify needs, opportunities, and gaps, and solve problems.
+ Brainstorming and negotiating effectively with various stakeholders to continuously define feature priority
+ Help your team develop products by making difficult tradeoffs and removing roadblocks.
+ Prioritize feature/story backlog
+ Lead the business features breakdown into Platform features and stories.
