The Flowback Operator is responsible for accurate collection and reporting of well data on an hourly basis with the ability to understand and interpret the data and look for signs of well variance. Accurately collect and report well data based on well flow
Troubleshoot and perform most equipment maintenance
Check differential pressure on a regular schedule, pull screens as needed, and effectively clean screens

What You Will Do:
Columbus Forge/Disk duties for Tool Services Team Member include:
Plan and perform the work required to construct, alter, repair, develop, maintain and inspect a variety of Forge and Machining tooling used in support of a manufacturing schedule.
Comply with al environmental, health and safety requirements as well as Ethics requirements.
Select tools, machines and techniques to complete Tool Services assignments on items such as forge dies, machine fixtures, cutters, gages, holding devices and other special purpose tools.
Develop machine setups and assembly methods to complete assignments.
Perform various types of part and tooling inspections to ensure tools are functioning properly and parts conform to engineering and in-process specifications.
Setup and operate any Tool Services machine (CNC or manual operation) needed to complete required job assignment.
Meet Forge production schedules tooling needs. Perform reliable forge die repairs in support of the Forge schedule. Develop recommendations to improve forge die repairs.
Setup manufacturing Forge Presses as required in support of manufacturing operations.
Investigate problems to determine reasons why tooling does not perform as expected.
Make in process repairs as required. Make recommendations to supervisor where more complex solutions seem workable.
Work closely with engineering to meet process tooling requirements for production and development hardware.
Actively participate in continuous improvement.
Maintain shop cleanliness standards (6S) and perform Daily Walk-Arounds (PMs).
Perform job in compliance with all environmental, health, and safety rules, policies, and procedures.
This position' is 2nd Shift - Week Day evenings to Early Mornings.
Qualifications You Must Have:
High School Diploma or GED
Requires one to two years of experience in Tool Design or Tool and Die Making.
A technical Degree or Certificate program in a related field can suffice for years of related work experience.

The ProductionSupervisor will oversee the mechanical and electrical assembly of complex satellite systems for AST SpaceMobile's growing LEO constellation. This role is responsible for supervising production operations, ensuring quality and throughput, supporting continuous improvement, and developing a high-performing assembly workforce.
You will be working shift 2 which is 5:30 pm to 4 am Monday through Thursday (4x10 schedule).
Key Responsibilities
