You will be moving jobs through our pipeline with our CRM and dispatch technology
Proactively work to minimize or eliminate calls backs or warranty work
Proactively work to ensure that water intrusion events on work in progress or completed work do not occur
Note and communicate any issues that may impair quality or safety
Prepares all necessary reports as required by company policy
Delivers materials as needed to the jobs, and removes leftover materials from the job site in collaboration with the subcontractors and suppliers
Provide training and coaching to subcontractors on how to correct deficiencies and prevent their reoccurrence
Ensure compliance with Jobsite safety plans and company safety procedures

Must have a minimum of 10+ years experience working in machine shop environment

The Role (Production Manager)
This is not a 'clipboard in the office' job. As the Production Manager, you own the heart of corporate operations. You'll manage production scheduling, inventory flow, and inter-branch transfers while overseeing specialized services (bending, welding, custom fabrication) that only happen at corporate.

Manage production flow and order priorities.

Inventory & Transfers
Manage corporate inventory for high-demand and specialty items.
Oversee transfers to/from branches - ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Track materials used in bending, welding, and custom fabrication projects.
Compliance & Safety
Enforce OSHA, EPA, DOT, and company safety standards.
Document incidents and implement corrective training.
Lead toolbox talks and safety briefings.
Process Improvement
Identify bottlenecks and eliminate them.
Streamline production processes with SOPs.
Cross-train staff to build flexibility and avoid downtime.
Introduce tools, tracking, or methods to improve staging, transfers, and scheduling accuracy.

Previous management or lead experience in production or operations.
