Provides coaching and training across the operation's teams as needed. * Works closely with USDA. * Reviews all paperwork to ensure proper procedures are followed. Investigates and escalates issues as appropriate. * Assists with facility, customer, and third-party audits and audit preparation. Responsible for daily SOP audits. * Participates in investigation of product failures and customer complaints.
