Penske Truck Leasing is seeking early career talent to join our full-time summer seasonal internshipprogram within our Corporate offices team in the Summer of 2026! These opportunities will generally be Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm for approximately 12 weeks (May - August). Eligible candidates must be enrolled full-time in an accredited academic program. Successful candidates will enjoy working with knowledgeable professionals in a great work environment!
In addition to responsibility for various assignments and projects related to their field of study, all Interns will participate in Penske's Cooperative InternshipProgram. This is an extremely hand's-on, robust program where all Interns will participate in events throughout the summer program that revolve around the three main pillars of the program: Community Service, Social Networking, and Professional Development.
These temporary seasonal positions are located at our Corporate offices in the suburban setting of Green Hills, PA which is 7 miles South of Reading, PA. Our location is a convenient commute with ample free and easy parking.

Commuting/Housing Assistance (If Eligible)
Interns who must commute to work from outside the immediate Reading, PA area (over 50 miles one-way), will be paid a one-time lump sum payment of $2,400 (less applicable taxes) as excessive commute allowance. Interns who choose to temporarily relocate from outside the immediate Reading, PA area (moving over 50 miles one-way), will be paid a one-time lump sum payment of $4,800 (less applicable taxes) as a housing allowance. If applicable, this payment would be made during the first payroll cycle, which would be three or four weeks following the internship start date.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Learn and execute one or more Stage Technician tracks and run these tracks for multiple shows each week.
Meet weekly with Deck department leadership for 1-1 connections.
Shadow the other Show Operations departments (Animals, Wardrobe, Lighting, and Stage Management)
