Qualifications

The Seasonal AD will be required to be state certified in medication certification and first aid/CPR. Seasonal ADs are also expected to act as mentors and will help lead weekend field trips and guide students on weekend excursions. Seasonal ADs are responsible for the health and safety of students before and after summer program instructional hours.

This is a seasonal, non-benefits eligible. The hourly rate is $25.00 and includes on-campus housing during the summer sessions and meals in the university dining hall. Work closely with ProgramDirector of Pre-College and Seasonal Programming to interview, train and evaluate seasonal resident staff.

Use data from surveys and evaluations to improve residential and evening offerings.
Interpret and embrace the university philosophy and the summer program policies, procedures, and standards.

The strategic advisor to the Treasurer is a trusted strategic advisor and operational leader responsible for driving the execution of the Treasury organization's priorities across global liquidity, capital structure, enterprise procurement, risk management and financial strategy. Responsibilities
Partner with the treasurer to develop, articulate and execute the strategic agenda for the treasury organization
Serve as a thought partner on capital allocation, financing strategy cash optimization and risk management initiatives
Support the Treasurer in preparing materials for the CEO, CFO, Board of Directors, rating agencies and external stakeholders
Lead and coordinate major treasury initiatives
Oversee planning, budgeting and performance tracking for the treasury team
Manage cross functional initiatives involving treasury corporate finance tax, accounting and investor relations
Act as the central coordination point for the treasurer's office ensuring clear communication, accountability and follow through across projects and teams
Draft presentations and talking points for internal and external audiences
Represent the treasurer in meetings and working groups as needed
Foster a high-performance collaborative and inclusive culture within the treasury function
Support leadership development, talent planning and onboarding for treasury team members
Qualifications
BS in finance, accounting or business-related field
10+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, treasury, investment banking or management consulting
Proven track record of leading complex cross functional projects in a large global organization

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$131,500.00 - $303,195.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.

Center for Human Development (CHD), is seeking a Program Supervisor for a new Intensive Treatment Residential (ITR) program that will be located in West Springfield, MA. This program provides long term support for male adolescents (5-13 years of age). In this program, the population served will receive housing, therapeutic, emotional, and educational support with a goal to develop healthy and fulfilling relationships that will solidify skills and apply them to real world settings.
Your role as a Program Supervisor:
The Program Supervisor assists the Program Manager/Assistant Program Manager (PM/APM) with the oversight of their assigned group home. The youths we service are referred to by the Department of Children and Families (DCF). The youth referred to the program will have complex mental health, medical, cognitive and behavioral challenges. Many of the youth have families struggling with a range of issues including substance abuse, domestic violence and mental health concerns, as well as economic stressors. The Program Supervisor assists in the completion of these processes and ensures that the maximum integration of CHD services are being carried out efficiently and effectively. The Program Supervisor works within the Agency's team model, establishing open communication, support and accountability among program staff. They assist in the overall functioning of the program to meet the needs of the youth and their families. They will provide supervision to the staff ensuring that the policies and procedures of the program are being followed and that the staff receive information, training, and guidance that promotes their growth and development. In the absence of the PM/APM, the Program Supervisor will assume the roles and responsibilities of the PM/APM.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution preferred. (Can be substituted w/experience).
Minimum of 3 years of residential and/or supervisory experience preferred.
Experience working with youth and their families.
Experience in community child welfare and mental health programming.
Driver's license required.
Have a legally registered & insured car for work use.
