Responsibilities
+ Lead and manage construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, design specifications, and safety standards.

+ Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, field personnel, clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.

Essential Skills

+ Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and manage multiple project tasks.
+ Basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practices.
+ Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Office, Project, and pertinent web applications; experience with Viewpoint, Bluebeam, WinEst, and On-Screen Takeoff preferred.
+ Strong teamwork orientation, initiative, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
+ Ability to interpret and communicate company policies effectively.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a construction-related discipline preferred.
+ Experience working at Intel or TSMC is a plus.
+ A positive and professional attitude with strong customer service skills.
Work Environment
The position is based in Tempe, AZ, requiring standard business hours and a commitment of 45-50 hours a week. The role involves working from the office and supporting various projects.
