This role ensures that all quality standards and procedures are met and maintained on-site and coordinates with project stakeholders to guarantee compliance with quality objectives. * Control and distribute all quality documentation for the assigned plumbing project. * Monitor and oversee all quality-related activities on the project, with a focus on plumbing standards. * Attend client quality management meetings and represent the project's QA interests. * Prepare and control project-specific quality system management documentation. * Oversee the disposition of issued nonconformance reports. * Recommend and implement quality improvements as needed. * Coordinate QA/QC activities with the Project Manager and Site Superintendent. * Maintain quality-related communication with customer representatives. * Monitor and report statistical methods as they apply to quality outcomes. * Address and close all customer complaints effectively and efficiently. * Control and archive project documentation upon project completion. * Perform light administrative duties as needed to assist the Project Superintendent. * Perform hands-on plumbing-related tasks at project sites as needed. * Collaboration Skills, strong Communication Proficiency, Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills,Effective Time Management - ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. * Proficiency in interpreting construction drawings and plumbing specifications. * Ability to review and understand submittals for plumbing materials and equipment. * Experience with Procore or similar construction management software. * Proficiency in using iPads for field reporting. * Ethical Conduct. * Computer Literate. Qualifications * 5+ years of field experience in commercial plumbing or a related certification/degree. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and plumbing specifications. * Excellent problem-solving skills, especially with layout and installation concepts. * Proficiency in basic math and ability to perform relevant calculations. * Knowledge of QA/QC tools and equipment, general office supplies, telephone, calculator, iPad, computer. * This position requires the ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis. The employee must be able to perform tasks involving physical labor, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying materials, tools, or equipment.
