As the Mission Assurance Manager over Calibration you will lead the calibration team that performs, supports and coordinates calibration activities for the SDS division. This included obtaining and maintaining an ISO 17025:2017 certification. The Manager works closely with SDS leadership to provide calibration solutions to the demand of the programs within the SDS division.

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
**You'll Bring These Qualifications:**

Primary Level Salary Range: $104,500.00 - $156,700.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Position Description: Responsible for planning, coordinating and developing the project-specific Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Plan that incorporates the policies and procedures necessary to deliver the project fully compliant with the contract documents. Manage, supervise, and administer the implementation of the project-specific QA/QC Plan and QA/QC staff.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities*:
* Manage the development and implementation of the project-specific QA/QC Plan in coordination with the project team, the owner/architect team and the contract documents.
* Assure that sufficient, qualified specialized staff is assigned to provide the required knowledge and experience to execute the plan.

- Provide objective-oriented direction to ensure production standards are met while balancing schedule and budget requirements for multiple aerospace programs.
- Standardize quality engineering and inspection processes across sites, proactively managing resources to mitigate production and schedule risks.
- Utilize advanced technical skills-including the use of laser trackers, CMM equipment, and GD&T-to assess and improve the specialty tooling process and overall quality performance.
- Act as an advisor and liaison between internal departments, suppliers, and customers to analyze data, resolve issues, and implement root cause corrective actions.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 9+ years of related work experience, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing or aerospace quality leadership role.
- Proven leadership experience by having at least 5 years of experience in managing both exempt and non-exempt employees in a multi-site environment.
- Strong proficiency in interpreting and working with engineering blueprints, specifications, and advanced measuring equipment for tool validation and inspection.
- Experience in applying quality management methods, root cause analysis, and corrective actions in a production setting.
- Ability to secure/maintain a DoD Secret Clearance and the capability to obtain Special Program Access as required.

Primary Level Salary Range: $115,000.00 - $172,400.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. Description:Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company is seeking an experienced and motivated Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) to support commodity depot efforts. This position reports to the Sustainment Supplier Quality Manager and is responsible for integration, coordination, oversight, and surveillance of supplied products at the depot site.
This position is located at a facility that requires special access and Secret Security Clearance after starting, so the selected candidate must be a US Citizen.
Responsibilities include:
* Act as a liaison between the commodity depot, Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company, and the Original Equipment Manufacturer.
* Provide oversight of the depot Quality Management System in relationship to repair processes.
* Provide technical support related to quality engineering matters.
* Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive action.
* Utilize lean initiatives to reduce waste and drive continuous improvement.
* Perform in-process surveillance and contractual agreement oversight.
* Support depot site stand-up and sustainment operations.
* Provide oversight of Implementation Agreements and apply data forensics.
