Rabine CEO and leadership

Mike has spent half of his career in the construction industry and the other half largely in manufacturing. In addition, he has software/technology industry experience. He has been a CFO for private (family and PEG owned) and divisions of public companies. In 2015, Mike won FEI's CFO of the year for Mid-size Private Companies due in part to his strong analytical abilities, ability to improve margins and equity value, ability to raise debt and equity and his ability to lead others with persuasion and passion. His career path has shown continued growth with his current role also having COO responsibilities. His buy and sell-side M&A and operational (COO and Support Services roles) experiences have increased his visionary ability to facilitate and develop strategic plans, as well as, given him the ability to know which business and leadership levers to pull in order to make those plans a reality. He also has experiences with WBE and MBE diversity certification rules and their regulatory bodies which demonstrates his ability to navigate complexity. Mike is a servant leader who takes pride in his proven abilities to develop future executive leaders. His leadership style has been enhanced from coaching multiple Special Olympics sport teams for 10 years.
