Monitor individual patient length of stay (LOS); notifies case manager and nurse manager of potential LOS/discharge issues. Identify ethical issues related to patient care (including issues related to advanced directives) and initiates steps for resolution. - Demonstrate adherence to patient confidentiality requirements.
