What you'll be doing as a Behavior Therapist
Apply the principles of one-on-one ABA therapy to help children with Autism reach their full potential by reading treatment plan and program descriptions, implementing treatment in line with written description, collecting data, writing insurance notes, and implementing feedback provided by the supervisor during observation sessions.
Support the development of children in early childhood (ages 18 months to 8 years old) through engaging and fun therapeutic activities.
Collaborate with a team of individuals to optimize treatment, safety, and a fun working experience throughout the center.
Engage with children through play, movement, and imitation. For some kids this includes running, dancing, and singing silly songs. For others, this might look like reading a book, watching a video, or playing with cars. Keeping up with the energy and enthusiasm of the kiddos, actively engaging in play, and fostering a joyful atmosphere.
Effectively and positively communicate with stakeholders (e.g., peers, families, supervisors) to coordinate activities, celebrate successes, and advocate for personal needs.
Job Requirements
Lift and move with children in a fast paced environment, which includes the ability to lift up to 30 lbs, bend over to pick items up off the ground, squat, quickly move around on the floor, and run to effectively stay engaged with young children, keep a tidy work environment, and maintain safety.
Maintain an environment conducive to therapy ensuring the play spaces are tidy, organized, and conducive to a stimulating and enjoyable experience for the children.
Multitask to balance multiple actions, decisions, or conversations in the moment while assessing prioritization and safety for all parties.
Support teams by working cohesively as a center, neighborhood, and region. This may include travel to nearby centers to support, when assigned.
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
Must be at least 18 years of age and have a Highschool diploma or GED equivalent.
Complete the RBT certification process within 20 days of employment by passing a 40-hour training curriculum, hands on competency assessment, registering for an exam, and passing the board's exam.

Serves as a resource to the respective Quality Improvement programs in the various Health Care Units in the assigned Region.
Participates in training appropriate Bureau of Prisons staff in the theory and practices of Quality Improvement.
Responsible for coordinating the overall Health Care Risk Management activities across the Region.

Summary
The Maintenance Planner provides leadership and direction for work management functions across two LNG and two RNG production plants. This role is responsible for defining, recommending, implementing, and managing systems, structures, and processes to achieve and sustain the Work Management Mission. The Maintenance Planner prepares schedules, coordinates work, implements preventative and predictive maintenance programs, and develops equipment records and cost distribution. The position works closely with Service Technicians, Plant Managers, Operations General Manager, and Supply Chain to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless service operations.

Planning and Scheduling Process
• Lead and support day-to-day maintenance planning and scheduling activities across multiple production plants.
• Ensure Maintenance Technicians follow established procedures for planning and scheduling.
• Routinely communicate new or changed processes to technicians and stakeholders.
• Create and manage inspection routes, preventative maintenance, and corrective work orders; input documentation into Field Service Programs.
• Assemble work schedules considering equipment needs, availability, labor requirements, and emergency repairs.
• Collaborate with LNG General Manager, Plant Managers, and Supply Chain to optimize scheduled work.
• Maintain awareness of work prioritization processes within Operations, Quality, Safety, and other departments.

Drives to various CMP facilities to assist with preventative medicine programs including but not limited to submissions of live/dead animals, tissue samples and cell culture specimens. Oversees and provides clinical support to faculty veterinarians in the delivery and instruction of emergency and intensive care, diagnostic services, and zoonotic disease control, including administration of medications, maintenance of complete and accurate medical records, and collection, preparation and submission of clinical pathology samples. Performs or assists in patient medical evaluation. Performs critical and intensive nursing care or life sustaining emergency care as needed. May be required to assist in induction of general anesthesia preparatory to surgery, fluids administration, and replacement therapy. Assists with carrying out quarterly sentinel program under the direction of the primary sentinel technician. Assists with animal health treatments ensuring clinical health records are complete and current. Coordinates health and overcrowded notice follow-ups. Technical Services- Provides technical services involving CMP core procedures including but not limited to injections, blood collection, anesthesia, and tissue collections. Assists with surgical and post-surgical monitoring and care assistance procedures. Supervises and performs diagnostic testing such as fecal analysis, urinalyses, pack cell volume, and cytology. Performs activities related to research animal breeding colony management: assists with the daily care of breeding colonies, selection of new breeders based on expressed goals of the investigators, and maintaining breeding records. Records technical service work in a log to be turned in and billed out monthly.
Record and Area Maintenance - Creates and maintains animal health records and training records. Updates and inputs data into logs or databases. Maintains an acceptable level of cleanliness and organization in areas the Health Division oversees such as surgery, pharmacy, or the health lab. Ensures equipment is in working order and inventory levels are adequate. Review and create standard operation procedures as assigned. Maintains accountability for inventory control of equipment and supplies within the service area and assumes responsibility for performing regularly scheduled preventative maintenance checks on equipment. Supervises and provides infectious disease control and sanitation activities to insure a consistently clean working environment.
Training and Staff Assistance- Instructs group animal handling workshops and one on one technical training sessions. Assists with instruction during surgical short course and Blinn vet tech course sessions. Prepares and distributes certificates as needed for completed trainings. Trains Investigators and their technicians in the use of the inhalant anesthesia machine and approved euthanasia techniques. May be required to assist in the instruction of general anesthesia preparatory to surgery, fluids administration, and replacement therapy. Assures adequate number of animals for the training program. Assists training supervisor by teaching new CMP hires animal handling procedures when needed. Assists in clinical research trials to include comprehensive literature searches and data collation.

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
* Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Five years of progressively responsible experience in a biomedical research environment with a strong emphasis on animal health.
Required Licenses and Certifications
* Must be able to obtain American Association of Laboratory Animal Science (AALAS) Laboratory Animal Technician (LAT) certification within one year of employment.

Responsibilities
* Breeding Colony Management- Manages the daily care of breeding colonies, selection of new breeders based on expressed goals of the investigators, and maintaining breeding records. Performs technical services related to breeding colony management such as tail snips for genotyping, ear tagging, ear notching, and ear punching. Tracks time and resources used and updates the billing log monthly. Submits transfer request documents to husbandry and clearly marks the cages. Meets with investigators and their staff to discuss experimental needs and how to meet production goals, answer specific questions research staff may have, and coordinate who is responsible for tasks between CMP and the research lab. Maintains communication weekly or biweekly with each research lab on the current state of their colonies.
* Animal Health- Performs activities as directed by clinical veterinarians or division coordinator related to paraveterinary health care procedures. Drives to various CMP facilities to assist with preventative medicine programs including but not limited to submissions of live/dead animals, tissue samples and cell culture specimens. Oversees and provides clinical support to faculty veterinarians in the delivery and instruction of emergency and intensive care, diagnostic services, and zoonotic disease control, including administration of medications, maintenance of complete and accurate medical records, and collection, preparation and submission of clinical pathology samples. Performs or assists in patient medical evaluation. Performs critical and intensive nursing care or life sustaining emergency care as needed. May be required to assist in induction of general anesthesia preparatory to surgery, fluids administration, and replacement therapy. Assists with carrying out quarterly sentinel program under the direction of the primary sentinel technician. Assists with animal health treatments ensuring clinical health records are complete and current. Coordinates health and overcrowded notice follow-ups. Establishes working relationships and communicates effectively with Texas A&M University research staff and CMP staff.
* Supervisory- Supervises and trains CMP Technical Services Specialist I and II staff assigned within the animal health division. Supervises student workers activities including: recruiting, hiring, daily assignments, and completing annual performance reviews. Designs and organizes work schedules tailored to meet programmed needs within a service area. Fills in for CMP Division Coordinator when needed.
* Technical Services- Provides technical services involving CMP core procedures including but not limited to injections, blood collection, anesthesia, and tissue collections. Assists with surgical and post-surgical monitoring and care assistance procedures. Supervises and performs diagnostic testing such as fecal analysis, urinalyses, pack cell volume, and cytology. Performs activities related to research animal breeding colony management: assists with the daily care of breeding colonies, selection of new breeders based on expressed goals of the investigators, and maintaining breeding records. Records technical service work in a log to be turned in and billed out monthly.
* Record and Area Maintenance - Creates and maintains animal health records and training records. Updates and inputs data into logs or databases. Maintains an acceptable level of cleanliness and organization in areas the Health Division oversees such as surgery, pharmacy, or the health lab. Ensures equipment is in working order and inventory levels are adequate. Review and create standard operation procedures as assigned. Maintains accountability for inventory control of equipment and supplies within the service area and assumes responsibility for performing regularly scheduled preventative maintenance checks on equipment. Supervises and provides infectious disease control and sanitation activities to insure a consistently clean working environment.
* Training and Staff Assistance- Instructs group animal handling workshops and one on one technical training sessions. Assists with instruction during surgical short course and Blinn vet tech course sessions. Prepares and distributes certificates as needed for completed trainings. Trains Investigators and their technicians in the use of the inhalant anesthesia machine and approved euthanasia techniques. May be required to assist in the instruction of general anesthesia preparatory to surgery, fluids administration, and replacement therapy. Assures adequate number of animals for the training program. Assists training supervisor by teaching new CMP hires animal handling procedures when needed. Assists in clinical research trials to include comprehensive literature searches and data collation.
Other Requirements Factors:
* Persons in this position are considered essential when the University declares an emergency, campus closure, class cancellations, etc. and are therefore required to report to work and remain on duty unless/until relieved by the direct supervisor.

Education/Certification/Experience:
Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an organization recognized by the council for higher education accreditation (CHEA) or by the United States Department of Education (USDE). Major course work in computer science preferred.
Each year of experience working with computers and computer software may be substituted for thirty semester hours from an accredited college or university on a year for year basis.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
This position requires personal technology that will enable the completion of job duties and responsibilities when working remotely.
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to convey ideas and instructions clearly and concisely.
Proficiency in computer skills necessary to develop, organize and maintain files, data, calendars, and correspondence.

Major Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Provide email and telephone support for computer applications for Windham staff.
2. Serves as the initial troubleshooter in solving minor computer problems prior to routing support requests to the appropriate Information Technology (IT) staff or communicating with outside contractors for maintenance.
3. Maintain knowledge of software functionality and associated school district processes.
4. Maintain data in the Help Desk application as needed to identify areas of improvement including training and maintenance support.
5. Demonstrate fundamental operations of commonly used software, hardware, and other equipment.
6. Actively seeks ways to assist the end users.
7. Communicate with programmers or other Information Technology (IT) staff to detect and resolve end-user problems with internally developed applications.
8. Provide single point of contact for funneling issues and trends, ensuring clear, consistent communications.
9. Assist with fixed assets and inventory.
10. Assist with student attendance data entry processes.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

12. Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information received in the performance of the job duties.
13. Perform duties in a professional manner through daily, punctual attendance at locations of work assignment.

Job Title: Help Desk Technician Retirees of the Texas Teachers Retirement System (TRS) may apply. Consistent with district policy SD-7.17 "Employment of Retirees," selected applicants are responsible for reimbursing the district, through payroll deduction, for the current rate of all TRS pension or TRS Care surcharges.
