The Paving Application Specialist is a Sales Department position who works across Western States divisions of sales, parts, and service to help support the paving industry and our customers throughout Western States territory. This position is responsible for conducting equipment demonstrations and technical communication for the paving machinery we represent, which includes Caterpillar, Weiler, Road Widener, AMI, etc. Job duties include onsite training and support to customers and assistance for sales professionals in order to identify features, benefits, maintenance, and operation of these products. Communication, Training and Troubleshooting
Plans and conducts equipment demonstrations as required by the Sales Department.
Conducts machine delivery training for customers, including application startup, operation set up and digital onboarding to online tools and apps.
Communicates with our paving partners, sales professionals, account managers, product support reps, and sales managers to promote and develop our paving markets.
Performs site assessments as required by customers and sales group.
Oversees and manages customer related production studies.
Supports sales team with technical sales information to assist in the completion and closing of sales deals.
Conducts professional machine demos and head-to-head demos versus the competition.
Sales Support, Inspections and Travel
Helps inspect used paving machines and attachments for trade.
Completes re-visits on new machine sales at a designated time frame set by all interested parties or on major shop rebuilds to answer questions, check for issues, direct any service repairs, etc.
Ability to travel the full dealer territory to assist with all sales professionals, service departments and customers to promote, service, sell and train on paving equipment. Overnight stays required.
Assists customers with operator training and maintenance practices on new machine deliveries.
Assists Service Department in troubleshooting machine operational problems in the field.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with others.
Ability to travel up to 50% including overnight, as needed.

JOB SUMMARY
As a highly visible, accessible, and dedicated member of our service team, the primary purpose of this position is to support the revenue cycle (RC) management team and field partners in the revenue cycle which includes billing, collecting, and recording revenue transactions in the home health, hospice and home care industries.

Monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with established procedures related to revenue and accounts receivable.
Partner with RC Portfolio Resources to monitor accounts receivable and develop action plans.
Provide expert knowledge on software systems used in home health, hospice, and home care lines of business. Ability to train staff in software systems and processes.
Develop and utilize software reports for AR metrics and trends.
Monitor the workflow process within the system and alert appropriate organizational Resources.
Manage time equally between service center projects and field support.
Utilizes ticketing software by routing and troubleshooting claims and EMR issues.
Manage payor builds and updates for acquisitions, branch expansions, startups, and new contracts.
Assist in maintaining payor portals and access to clearinghouses.
Staff Development:
Attend and participate in workshops, seminars, etc., to keep abreast of current changes in the home health, home care, and hospice fields, as well as to maintain a professional status.

+ Provides support by troubleshooting identified mSL and other single-application end user facing system issues.

+ Supplements initial/on-going training and personalization for clinical and business applications for new and existing employees for any gaps in coverage. Provides supplemental support in performing competency assessments related to provider/clinician EMR use.
+ Monitors clinician efficiency datasets to recommend targeted and purposeful interventions. Deploys surveys and other trainingquality mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of training interventions.
+ Partners with colleagues on adjacent teams (e.g., informatics, CLaSS/Simulation, IHT, etc.) to provide support, develop content, and deliver high quality/fidelity training.
+ Ensures competency training of clinical and business end users continues beyond initial training, taking ownership over competency checklists for any applicable clinical and/or business application.
+ Leads the development and assists in analyzing existing and gathering requirements for training materials, serving as subjectmatter expert in validating training documents/curriculum requiring updating.
+ Ensures Epic training environment is maintained and up-to-date to support training needs through accurate configuration of the MST environment.
+ Optimizes single application, complex, clinical and business workflows through in-depth analyses of current state and a comprehensive understanding of system functionality.
+ Gathers requirements for potential changes. Manages portfolios of enhancements/requests to ensure appropriate levels of resources, prioritization and completion of requests.
+ Supports system project work through functioning as a subject matter expert, developing training references, and delivering the training for enhancements.
+ Tests/validates new build for single application enhancements/upgrades. Supplements system go-livesupport for new implementations and enhancements.
+ Responsible for developing and communicating system changes (e.g., upgrade announcements, individual enhancements, etc.) and downtimes to appropriate areas of the organization.
+ Participates in local and informatics governance as needed for decision making, content reviews, prioritization, and subject matter expertise.
+ Maintains local level subject matter expert program, empowering local leaders with knowledge and skills needed to workthrough basic issues and answer basic end user questions.
+ Responsible for mentoring and developing the technical and facilitation skills of lower level ATSS team members.

Responsibilities
Build, publish (in Patriot Excalibur (PEX), GTIMS, or similar government-mandated system), maintain, and update schedules, in coordination with squadron leadership, to ensure full coverage for all pilot, aircrew, instructor, evaluator, support, and supervisor positions.
Schedules will include short- and long-range ground, academic, flying/terminal control, and simulator training event schedules.
Build long-range schedules that ensure mission qualifications, upgrades, continuation training, exercises, and test requirements are met to fulfill required operations personnel currency and progression standards IAW the operations officer (DO) priorities. Coordinate with the squadron DO, weapons officer, scheduling officer, training officer, and aviation resource management (ARM) and unit mobility personnel when building the schedule. Comply with guidance from the operations group, operations officer, and unit chief of scheduling when building the schedule.
Resolve scheduling conflicts (e.g. due to leave, medical appointments, etc.) for operations personnel and work with squadron leadership to ensure their availability for assigned tasks.
Obtain aircraft/equipment availability date from maintenance (MX) to inform planning.
Coordinate and implement short notice schedule changes to ensure full mission coverage.
Assist with determining ground, flight/terminal control, and simulator schedule requirements for initial qualification, mission qualification, upgrades, continuation training, and currency based on syllabus requirements, student progression, aircraft/equipment availability, airspace/range availability, and weather.
Track live, simulated, and academic training requirements to facilitate accurate scheduling as directed by the DO. Schedules shall be based on experience to mitigate Operational Risk Management (ORM).
Coordinate with Operations Support Squadron (OSS) and outside agencies to facilitate exercise and special event scheduling requirements (e.g. Flag Exercises, Weapons Evaluation, Weapons School Support, etc.).
Qualifications
Two (2) years of experience working in a Squadron (FS / ASOS), Group, or Wing scheduling program; or five (5) years of experience working in a DoD Flying Squadron, Group, or Wing training program.
Two (2) years of experience working with PEX (4.1.1) / TACTICS (4.1.2) or similar proprietary scheduling program.
Two (2) years of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite.
