We are seeking a Technical Operator dedicated to operating, maintaining, and optimizing automated production equipment through autonomous maintenance practices. This role emphasizes proactive care--cleaning, lubrication, inspection, and minor adjustments--to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime. While basic troubleshooting is required, the primary focus is to use continuous improvement to maintain the production equipment to sustain a world-class operational standard.
Job Duties:
* Adhere to safety protocols and safety maps to perform minor interventions and/or lockout/tagout.
* Operate, maintain, and optimize automated machinery to ensure smooth production workflows.
* Perform autonomous maintenance tasks such as cleaning, inspection, lubrication, and centerlining.
* Perform visual inspections to detect abnormalities and prevent failures/downtime.

Qualifications:
* Associates degree or technical diploma in Engineering Technology, Automation, Mechatronics, etc.
* 2--5 years of experience operating and maintaining complex, automated equipment in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.
* 2-5 years of experience working in automotive repair/technology or other electrical/mechanical trade.
* Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and autonomous maintenance pillar.
* Strong understanding of electrical systems, sensors, and actuators.
* Basic understanding of PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and HMI systems.
* Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.

This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and field-based, requiring strong technical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of a multi-unit fitness organization.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular visits to all company-owned locations to assess repairs, safety, and overall facility condition (interior and exterior)
Perform routine preventative maintenance inspections on building systems and fitness equipment
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls, including after-hours situations as needed
Execute emergency and non-emergency repairs in a timely manner.
Manage and track facilities-related expenses while working within established budgets
Prepare facilities for seasonal and weather-related changes; proactively identify and address potential issues
Maintain familiarity with equipment and facility warranty specifications to ensure proper service and compliance
Collaborate closely with the Facilities Director to ensure all studios are operating at an optimal level.
Utilize internal platforms and systems to ensure repairs, communication, and documentation are organized, accurate, and timely
Communicate clearly and consistently; respond to emails, calls, and messages in a timely manner
Adapt to shifting studio needs and priorities in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment
Safely lift and move equipment and materials weighing up to 100 lbs
Skills & Experience
Strong working knowledge of:
Patching and painting
Plumbing
Minor electrical work
Mechanical systems
General construction
Experience maintaining and repairing fitness equipment (preferred)
Confidence troubleshooting technology and equipment-related issues
Strong computer skills and comfort using digital platforms for tracking and communication
Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and work independently across multiple locations
Certifications
Freemotion Certification (company-sponsored; certification and licensing provided)

The Facilities Technician position provides support for daily church activities by completing tasks related to cleaning facilities (general housekeeping), event set up of furniture and related equipment, and small projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Facility cleaning general building areas, worship areas, restrooms, offices, meeting rooms
Event set up move tables and chairs in and out of event spaces before and at completion of event
Print and read event calendars in order to perform set up
Empty outdoor trash cans and pick up litter on grounds and parking lots
