Knowledgeable about CDFI's, community development, and small businesses (a plus). Skills & Abilities Must be a self-starter and proactive. Must be able to complete projects with limited supervision. Must be able to take ownership and ask for help when needed. Must have effective listening, oral and written communication skills.
