As President and Chief Executive Officer, Craig leads the Bottomline organization in its mission to transform the way businesses pay and get paid. A strategic global business executive with extensive expertise in fintech, payments and software, Craig has a proven track record of optimizing enterprise, mission critical software and processing organizations for profitability and growth. Through several C-suite roles, including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Product Officer, and Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer, as well as advisory capacities across startup, private equity, enterprise, and consulting companies worldwide, he is recognized for establishing strategy and vision to drive business growth and transformation. Prior to joining Bottomline, Craig served in executive leadership roles at ACI Worldwide, a global payments software company.

Brent Hayward is CEO of MuleSoft, provider of the leading platform for building application networks. Brent brings to MuleSoft more than 20 years of experience in software sales and service delivery. Prior to joining MuleSoft in 2013, Brent was at Oracle where he was vice president of North America application sales for the Oracle Knowledge Product Portfolio, driving rapid growth through both direct and channel sales operations. Brent began his career at Accenture, where he led teams serving Forbes Global 2000 clients in the communications, media and entertainment, and high tech industries. Brent holds a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.

John Frederick is Skillsoft’s Chief Administrative Officer where he oversees the company’s strategy, business planning and administrative teams, including Finance and HR. In addition to his organizational responsibilities, John will work closely with CEO, the Board, our shareholders and our senior leadership team to drive the evolution of our strategy and support the transformation of our core business processes in support of that strategy. John has more than 20 years of experience leading operating and administrative functions within private and public companies with revenues ranging from $60 million to more than $2 billion. He most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of SnagAJob.com, the largest platform for hourly work, connecting more than 100 million unique visitors annually with employment opportunities at 300,000 employer locations in the US and Canada. Prior to Snag, John was the Chief Financial Officer of Synchronoss Technologies, and prior to that was the Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative and Financial Officer of Avid Technology. Before joining Avid, he held senior finance and administrative roles in consumer product and technology companies.

Amy has worked as Global Head:Product Mgmt at Ventyx, Chief Operating Officer at P2 Energy Solutions, and Chief Executive Officer at P2 Energy Solutions. She works or has worked at The Structure Group. Amy attended Northwestern University.
