As a Manager, Technology Risk Oversight, you will play a key role in the review, risk identification, risk assessment, reporting, and effective challenge of technology processes, capabilities, and architecture including but not limited to enterprise technology initiatives, cloud services, architectural patterns and capabilities, as well as other areas of high risk technology changes. As part of the second line of defense, this position will also collaborate closely with associates in first line Cyber, Technology, the Lines of Business, as well as other second line of defense risk management offices to perform and support evaluations of the effectiveness of the firm's controls infrastructure and offer independent advice and recommendations regarding ways to further mature the firm's cyber risk management capabilities.

Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
Play a lead role in identifying areas of Technology Change risk to provide oversight, analysis, effective challenge, and risk-informed recommendations and expertise
Independently drive the organization's participation in assessing Technology Changes by reviewing all aspects of changes (e.g. threat scenarios, applicable controls, risk mitigating, scope, rollout plans, etc..) focusing on Technology Risks related to technical implementation, controls, testing, and architecture concepts
Provide technical assessments of Capital One's Technology Changes and Change Management Processes to identify identify, assess, and communicate Technology and Cyber risk
Draft assessments for senior management and other stakeholders, to include regulatory agencies and the Board of Directors, as needed
Stay current on emerging cyber threats and potential implications to the firm
Collaborate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and leaders across multiple organizations to achieve objectives
Basic Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree or military experience
At least 5 years of experience in information security, information technology or cybersecurity
At least 2 years experience with public cloud implementations
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional technology or security management certification (Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), AWS certification)
2+ years experience working in a hybrid IT environment that includes both traditional on-premises data centers and public cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
2+ years experience in a second-line or oversight role at a financial institution or regulatory agency
2+ years experience with implementation of control frameworks (NIST Cybersecurity Framework, NIST 800-53, CIS Top 20, ISO, COBIT)
2+ years of experience drafting reports or analytic assessments

Position Overview
Our Summer Analyst/Associate Internship program mirrors the analyst experience to give you an understanding of our business and experience project work at Charles River Associates. Throughout the 8-10 week program, Analyst/Associate Interns work alongside senior colleagues to deliver live client consulting projects within the practice area. Along the way, you'll benefit from professional development and wellness support programs, social events to connect you with peers and a collegial work environment. Successful interns will be offered a full-time position following graduation.
During the internship program, you may work on many aspects of a project:
Work alongside, and in a collaborative environment with, talented and diverse colleagues, including PhD-trained economists, finance and accounting professionals (CFAs and CPAs), and valuation experts;
Conduct economic and industry research while analyzing client materials to build an understanding of a case's issues;
Perform/develop financial and economic analyses or valuation models to support case theories and present those results to colleagues and clients;
Program, build models, and perform regression analyses using languages such as Excel, Stata, R, Python, SQL, or SAS;
Investigate accounting irregularities and respond to allegations of fraud, misconduct, waste, and abuse;
Use your accounting and financial skills to prepare analyses of financial data, including financial models, for litigation and expert reports and testimony;
Investigate and analyze financial evidence, including financial records and transactions, to identify trends and anomalies, and clearly and concisely organize and summarize your findings;
Leverage your database skills to effectively analyze large data sets;
Communicate with team members, clients, and other professionals, to share investigative and analytical findings, and assist with the drafting of written reports to summarize procedures performed and findings.

Desired Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree candidates graduating in December 2026/Summer 2027 with an academic focus in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related area;
Solid working knowledge of finance, accounting, and economic methodologies;
Command of a broad range of research and quantitative analysis skills (including strong Excel skills);
Familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles, corporate governance, and regulatory environments;

The Analyst, Programmatic is responsible for campaign management activities such as campaign set-up, documentation creation and maintenance, QA, performance reporting and billing reconciliation. The Programmatic Analyst is responsible for identifying and implementing optimizations as approved by senior team members and clients. They provide input in the construction of client decks and status documentation.

Responsibilities
Execute, manage, and optimize online media campaigns and programs for agency clients (e.g. auction/exchange based performance media, audience-based buying, remarketing campaigns) both independently, and in support of Campaign Managers
Demonstrate diligence, attention to detail and adherence to programmatic best practices throughout the full programmatic campaign life-cycle
Maintain and organize campaign-specific materials in team's shared document repository
Handle daily campaign maintenance, including internal questions regarding tracking and status of various campaigns
Assist in the development of client-facing campaign performance reports
Contribute to the assessment of inventory availability and the formulation of proposals for new client opportunities
Manage the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artifacts and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for campaign launch
Traffic campaign tags into ad exchange environments
Run the campaign QA process to ensure accurate campaign implementation, pacing and performance
Provide monthly auditing reports to Agency partners & actualize bill/pay systems when applicable
Participate in regular knowledge share sessions to share and learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing
Qualifications
