**The opportunity **
The objective of our Consulting risk services is to provide clients with a candid and reliable overview of their risk landscape. Our solutions can be used by our clients to build confidence and trust with their customers, the overall market and when required by regulation or contract.
For our Cloud Risk services, our teams look to establish a fit-for purpose and proactive cloud risk framework and oversight capability to ensure consistency, transparency, and sustainability of public cloud use across the lines of defense.
**Your key responsibilities **
You will be responsible for managing multiple client engagement teams at an executive level within the practice and the firm. You can expect to work with high level client personnel to analyze, evaluate, and enhance information systems facilitating the business internal control process, and will assist clients and other Risk Assurance professionals in performing information technology control and security engagements.

+ Coordinating with technical EY groups on cloud risk monitoring initiatives, that employ advanced tools to proactively identify and mitigate risks across various cloud service models and deployments.

**To qualify for the role you must have**
+ A bachelor's or master's degree
+ A minimum of 5 years of experience working as an IT auditor or IT risk adviser for a public accounting firm, a professional services firm, or within industry
+ Bring your significant experience in applying relevant technical knowledge in at least one of the following engagements: (a) financial statement audits; (b) internal or operational audits; (c) Service Organization Controls Reporting engagements; (d) ERP security and control reviews (Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft); and/or (e) cloud risk engagements (Azure, AWS, GCP)
+ We would expect for you to be available to travel outside of their assigned office location at least 50% of the time, plus commute within the region (where public transportation often is not available). The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $110,500 to $202,700. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $132,700 to $230,400. The candidate will be part of a team supporting our independent Liquidity Risk Management and Interest Rate Risk Oversight Framework. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Treasury Risk Oversight working in coordination with Treasury teams.
The incumbent will be responsible for performing second line risk management oversight through effective review and challenge, formal assessments, and continuous monitoring related to liquidity risk management practices. The incumbent should have strong knowledge of liquidity risk management requirements and concepts and funding and liquidity operational practices and strategies.

* Effectively participate in EMRM governance and help formulate and drive EMRM strategy.
* Establish partnerships with the various stakeholders across the three lines of defense.
* Stay current on regulatory developments and industry best practices, advising on potential impacts and necessary enhancements.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in Treasury funding and liquidity management, Risk Oversight, or business line related functions, such as operations.
* Experience related to Treasury functions in the capacity of funding/liquidity management, funds transfer pricing, capital management, or investment portfolio management is desired.
* Strong understanding of regulatory liquidity requirements (e.g., LCR, NSFR, contingency funding plans, etc.)
* Good familiarity with funding structures and sources/channels (FHLB, repo, brokered deposits, discount window, etc.), cash flow forecasting, stress testing methodologies, etc.
* Experienced with Excel and SQL.
Skills:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills are required with ability to effectively challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
* Ability to analyze large sets of data, workflow processes, risk profiles, and concisely summarize and/or represent effectively as management information.

Overview of the Position:
The Hartford's Model Risk Management function seeks a Risk Manager that will join a talented and high-performing Model Risk Management team. The Credit Risk Review function is responsible for providing an independent assessment, on a loan specific or portfolio-wide basis, of credit quality and corresponding potential loan or other loss exposure for the various loan portfolios and activities which create credit exposure within the bank, and monitors compliance with, and adequacy of, established business line and corporate policies and procedures.
Job Summary

Job Responsibilities
1. Conduct credit risk reviews in accordance with CRR policy and procedures. Primary responsibility for conducting fieldwork and recommending appropriate ratings and formal recommendations as needed:
Participate on assigned reviews; may complete specialized reviews on an individual basis.
Complete reviews within established time frames
2. Develop and maintain specific areas of subject matter expertise (i.e. CRE, C&I, Sponsor & Specialty, ABL, Equipment Finance, Public Finance, Treasury Investments, etc.) and participate in ongoing training.
3. Participate in ongoing/continuous monitoring of assigned portfolios per CRR Policy. Assist in the evaluation of effectiveness of management processes in the various portfolios. Based on results, proactively recommend if change to review frequency is warranted.
4. As a review participant:
Assess credit and financial information to verify the credit worthiness of existing borrowers.
Assess adequacy of current risk ratings and accrual status.
Assess relationship manager/underwriter compliance with bank policy and procedures.
Verify the adequacy and completeness of credit files.
5. Provide feedback to CRR managers and peers relative to credit/loan quality issues arising from reviews.
6. Assist with the completion of summary reports for executive management and Risk Committee.
Required
Bachelor's degree in related field required; master's degree preferred
3-4+ years of relevant experience in credit analysis, quality control and/or credit risk review.
Detail oriented and able to work well independently and within deadlines.
Strong financial statement analysis skills within assigned disciplines with demonstrated versatility.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Cash Manager plays a key role in cash operations, overseeing cash management and tax compliance across the TLD North and Latin America regions. · Administer cash management tools, manage banking relationships and coordinate cash forecasting for the US region
· Align cash management practices and tools within the region
· Monitor daily cash transactions, balances and maximize cash pooling
· Process and optimize customer receivable factoring programs
· Lead other initiatives in partnership with the Treasury team
· Serve as the regional point of contact and provide training for banking and travel expense platforms
· Coordinate and collaboration with an external CPA firm on sales and use tax compliance
· Monitor and review ongoing tax compliance activities

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
