Role Overview The Cyclyx Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Developer/Administrator will enhance, maintain, and optimize our D365 F&O environment. This role will work closely with stakeholders to design effective solutions, support day-to-day operations, and ensure that our ERP system remains stable, scalable, and aligned with business needs. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Technical Execution Develop, customize, and extend D365 F&O using X++, .NET, Power Platform, Azure services, and related tools. Administer, configure, and support D365 F&O modules, security roles, workflows, and integrations. Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical specifications and solution designs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams-finance, operations, supply chain, IT-to implement improvements. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system integrity and data accuracy. Manage deployments, code releases, and environment updates using Azure DevOps, LCS (Lifecycle Services) and Power Platform. Create and maintain system documentation, technical guides, and user training materials. Ensure compliance with best practices, security standards, and Microsoft's recommended architecture Other duties as assigned Qualifications Experience/Knowledge 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or AX 2012. Strong proficiency in X++ and C# development and customization. Experience with integrations using REST APIs, Data Management Framework, OData, and Azure. Solid understanding of D365 architecture, environments, and LCS or Power Platform deployment processes. Familiarity with core business processes such as finance, supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing.
