Monitor sprint progress and support readiness for future sprints Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs Proven ability to utilize analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down objectives into manageable tasks Experience with relevant platforms and software tools/technologies such as Jira, Confluence, and Excel Experience in resource optimization and/or resource planning Prior experience managing diverse sets of stakeholders, establishing productive working relationships with cross-functional teams, clients, and managing project governance Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with team members and stakeholders; Ability to negotiate and resolve conflict Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills High level technical understanding in distributed platforms including database, messaging, microservices, and cloud infrastructure
