What You'll Do:
Provide top-tier monitoring support to all customers with a goal of every home secure
Receive and respond to multiple emergency and non-emergency camera events by interacting with customers directly or via email communication

We're currently hiring for evening / overnight positions. Consists of two weeks of daytime training.
Must clear background checks to meet state central station operator licensing requirements in multiple states, requiring the ability to pass state and national background checks by having no criminal convictions, guilty or nolo contendere pleas back to age 18 (including convictions that have been sealed or expunged). What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding to questions and assisting as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Respond to security incidents as dispatched within designated tier times.
* Conducts patrols of the interior and exterior of the facility.
* Prepares reports on incidents responded to during the shift using a Surface Book device.
* Serves as Incident Commander pending the arrival of a security supervisor or a member of a public service agency (police or fire).
* Serves as an escort for guests requiring individual escorts through the facility.
* Monitors cameras in the Security Operations Center (SOC).
* Identifies security shortfalls and offers suggestions for improving the security program.
* Maintains logs and records in accordance with the Standard Operations Procedure (SOP).
* Evaluates and escalates potential safety issues within the facility.
* Required to know and follow safe work practices and be aware of company policies and procedures related to job safety, including safety rules and regulations. Notify the supervisor upon becoming aware of unsafe working conditions.
* Identifies security shortfalls and offers suggestions for improving the security program.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: A high school diploma or GED is required. Work experience in the security industry, public service (police, fire), or military is desired. Supervisory experience of 1+ years.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Able to work during daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday hours.

What will I do?

Required Qualifications:
Police Officer/Deputy/Trooper experience working road patrol and/or United States Military Law Enforcement or Special Operations experience
Ability to participate in and complete any required specialized training
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to maintain effective communication and composure in stressful situations
Proven ability to effectively manage conflict
Able to problem solve, anticipating, analyzing, and identifying opportunities, responding quickly when situations arise and preventing problems when possible
Technical aptitude and PC skills with Windows applications; must be able to navigate through multiple programs and screens efficiently
