Job Specific Duties and Responsibilities: -Perform duties independently under the direction of their direct manager and/or Project Managers on specific projects. -Review project documentation and client materials and provide analysis of technical and business topics. -Participate in client meetings and offer observations and insight of technical and business topics. -Identify risk areas and potential problems that require proactive attention. -Review artifacts and other project documents and identify potential gaps, inconsistencies, or other issues that may put the project at risk. Such artifacts and documents include but are not limited to: *Application Lifecycle Management Plan *System Security Plan *System Architecture Document *Database Development Plan *Configuration Management Plan *System Requirements *Functional Design Documents *Technical System Design *Data Conversion and Migration Management Plan *Deployment and/or roll-out plans -Identify and escalate to the Senior Manager / Project Manager risks, alternatives, and potential quality issues. -Attend interviews, focus groups, or other meetings necessary to gather information for project deliverables in accordance with the project scope of work. -Attend project meetings with the client, subcontractors, project stakeholders, or other Maximus Team members, as requested by the Senior Manager / Project Manager. -Complete project work in compliance with Maximus standards and procedures. -Support team to complete assigned responsibilities as outlined in the Project schedule. -Support all other tasks assigned by Senior Manager / Project Manager. Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's degree in related field. - 7-10 years of relevant professional experience required. - Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.
