Meet the Team
Manages the development and implementation process of a company's products and services. Manages cross-functional projects or programs that are focused on the delivery of a product or system from concept to release for customers. Develops, defines and implements project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Identifies needed resources for projects, defines and assigns major project roles. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending. Assigns and monitors work of project/program management staff, providing technical support and direction. Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project i.e., product on schedule and within budget constraints. The role typically requires a technical background in order to complete its overall project management responsibility.
Your Impact
Manages small to mid-sized projects with moderate and manageable risk/complexity and some interdependencies across 1-2 Functions (e.g., single feature or release component)
Leads management of one or more modules of an established program

Identifies stakeholders, facilitates relationship building with multiple stakeholders
Provides guidance and communication to team on current and updated process improvements throughout project lifecycle
Stays current on industry trends and serves as an expert on the product development lifecycle and engineering processes and practices, coaching others, as needed.

For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to Cisco's policies.
Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

Qualifications
Education/Knowledge:
Professional Engineering Licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia is required. A candidate who can obtain a license within three months may be considered.
Knowledge of Virginia Department of Transportation's (DOT) specifications, standards, and construction expectations with an emphasis on design-build requirements, including but not limited to contract management, contract administration, and quality assurance/quality control, is strongly preferred. Similar state or federal DOT design-build experience will be considered.

Develop and lead a high-performance, world-class team, including hiring, coaching, mentoring, and fostering the growth of team members.

Required Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) with 15+ years of related experience, or
Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) with 12+ years of related experience.
Skills and Expertise:
Proven success interfacing with Tier 1 customers and delivering high-quality products.
Extensive experience leading cross-functional product teams from concept to launch.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for excellence and the ability to thrive in a team-driven environment.
In-depth knowledge of RFIC components, including switches, LNAs, and PAs, as well as semiconductor process technologies (e.g., CMOS, GaAs/Silicon HBT, SOI, BiCMOS).
Proficiency in RF simulation tools such as ADS, Cadence, and EM tools.
Expertise in RF measurement techniques and equipment, including spectrum analyzers and signal generators.
Demonstrated ability to lead product development, including the design and simulation of RF components using EM tools.
Strong knowledge of wireless communication standards such as Wi-Fi and LTE.

Starting base pay will be based on factors such as experience, skills, education, market demands, responsibilities, and location. The client offers a variety of base pay ranges for U.S. locations.
