Minimum Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors Engineering, Computer Science, Visual Design, Library Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience as a UX practitioner (UX Design, Interaction Design, or similar)
Experience working closely with Engineers in an Agile environment from concept through implementation
Proven ability to collaborate across disciplines, product lines, geographies, and time zones
Experience with remote unmoderated and moderated usability testing platforms
Hands-on experience designing responsive, adaptive, and accessible experiences
Experience designing for mobile (iOS & Android), web, and desktop applications
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
5+ years of UX design experience
Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0 AA), localization, and inclusive design
Ability to adopt, contribute to, and advocate for design systems and design standardization
Experience working in both Product-focused and Design Operations environments
Skills, Tools & Competencies
Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe CC, etc.)
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end development concepts
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex systems and workflows
Excellent organizational skills; ability to structure and label complex flows and wireframes
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Deep understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods
Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and current web/app design trends
Familiarity with emerging technologies such as generative AI and spatial computing
Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Rally, Aha!, etc.)
