Answer phones, social media inquiries, and other guest requests Assist guests with the sale of memberships, merchandise, food, etc. Utilize CRM and applicable platforms for data tracking Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year customer service experience (Required) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a genuine desire to provide excellent service. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Basic computer proficiency. Knowledge of poker (a plus, but not required). Work Environment: Casino gaming environment with noise, bright lights, and high-energy atmosphere.
