We're seeking a Micro Soldering Technicians to perform precision board-level diagnostics and component repairs on complex electronic equipment. This role involves working on high-density circuit boards and maintaining equipment uptime through accurate and reliable component-level rework. This is a direct hire opportunity, where the right fit candidates will go directly onto the hiring company's payroll. The hiring company is willing to offer on the job training, but the right fit candidate will have some experience or education in electrical or mechanical fields.
Key Responsibilities
Perform micro soldering and precision rework on multilayer circuit boards and high-density electronic assemblies
Replace components such as MOSFETs, temperature sensors, PICs, resistors, capacitors, power drivers, and small surface-mount ICs
Identify and diagnose hardware and software issues in a timely manner, utilizing diagnostic tools and technical expertise.
Troubleshoot circuitry using multimeters, oscilloscopes, thermal tools, and diagnostic fixtures
Utilize microscopes, hot air stations, fine-tip soldering irons, and rework equipment
Document repairs, findings, and test results accurately in internal systems
Required Skills & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or vocational training in electrical or mechanical fields preferred.
Micro soldering and PCB rework experience (preferred). Willing to train the right fit candidate
Ability to interpret schematics, board layouts, and test-point documentation
Excellent fine-motor skills and attention to detail

Core Responsibilities

Responsibilities
Refrigeration Technician position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Operating, repairing, servicing, trouble shooting, and maintaining boiler and industrial refrigeration (B&E) equipment and systems for the plant. This includes compressors, condensers, blast freezers, ammonia pumps, evaporators, and all associated valves, piping and instrumentation.
Performing periodic testing of ammonia detection systems
Monitoring and repairing hot water heaters, water filters and reservoirs; as well as electrical control panels
Repairing and maintaining utility equipment such as steam, water, air and standby equipment including temperature controls, thermostats, meters, and temperature and pressure chart recorders
Maintaining ongoing improvement and upkeep of all utility areas
Maintaining preventative and corrective maintenance policies, procedures and reporting
Performing HAZMAT team assignments as required and assisting in the Emergency Response Program
Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Qualified candidates for the Refrigeration Technician position should possess the following:
Proven work history in Boiler and industrial refrigeration (B&E) in the beef industry preferred
Strong Knowledge in RCM dealing with PMs, PDMs and specialty training related to RCM process
Disciplined in areas related to industrial maintenance; electrical, fabrication, fluid power, machining, mechanical, plumbing, welding, construction
Mechanical skills and understanding of basic machine functions

Job Description
BHS Corrugated North America is looking for skilled Electrical Technicians to support our digital printing systems for corrugating machinery. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where your PLC and electrical expertise will make a real impact. No prior experience with digital printing? That's okay - we provide full training.
What You'll Do
Travel to customer sites across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico (100% travel after training).
Install, troubleshoot, and repair digital printing systems on corrugating machines.
Perform preventative maintenance, warranty interventions, and electrical service audits.
Read electrical schematics, calibrate equipment, and adjust drives, servos, and process controls.
Provide after-hours emergency support as needed.
Communicate with customers and complete service reports, timesheets, and expense records.
What We're Looking For
Strong electrical and PLC skills (troubleshooting, programming, controls).
Ability to read schematics and work with drives, servos, and process controls.
Previous experience as a field service or maintenance technician is preferred.
Technical/trade school or AA degree is a plus.
Comfortable working independently and directly with customers.
Physically able to lift 30+ lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in varied environments (hot, cold, heights, confined spaces).
Willingness to travel extensively (100% of the time after training).

Your Impact
Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to join our team for servicing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower Sites. This is a fast-paced and rewarding job that is best suited for individuals who are responsible, self-directed, highly motivated, willing to travel, and looking to learn and grow in the Telecom industry. This is a regional position. Candidates should reside in the Waterloo, Iowa area.
Core Responsibilities
Maintaining commercial cooling systems - diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.
Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services.
Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.
Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.
Specific duties may vary or evolve over time based on business and client needs.
Core Experience
Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (Required).
3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred).
Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems is preferred.
Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email.
Physical/Work Environment
At Pearce safety is our number one concern. Candidates must be able to comply with OSHAFCC/FAA/EPA Standards.
Candidates should reside in the Waterloo, Iowa area.
Must be available for after-hours and weekend call outs on occasion.
Extensive daily travel in an independent work structure.
Occasional overnights required-company pays all travel costs and provides per diem.
Driving to remote work sites as needed.
Be exposed to ambient temperatures while working outdoors.
Lift and move equipment as needed (up to 50 pounds).
Will be required to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical.
Compensation: $30.00-$38.00 hourly/DOE
