Job Description:
About the Role:
The Maintenance Technician at the Wayland location provides support to the Production team throughout the plant by troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining all plant equipment. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
Primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot, repair and maintain all plant equipment
Demonstrate/use pipe fitting skills
Must have skill set in machine repair, welding, machine shop equipment, electrical, hydraulics and pneumatics, compressed air, and blueprint/schematics reading
Basic to intermediate mathematical functions
Maintain valid forklift operator license
Passing score on the Maintenance Assessment, of 80% or higher
Must comply with the requirements defined within the contents of the GMP'S, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), LOTO procedures, and foods safety programs established by Bay Valley Foods
This position is subject to weekend work
Perform other duties as assigned

This is a full-time position, on 2nd shift with weekend work. 2nd shift operates from 4pm to 12am.

Position Summary:
Under general supervision, performs precision tune-ups and maintenance on HVAC equipment and accessories. Communicates with customers to answer questions, resolves problems, and ensures complete customer satisfaction. Promotes products and services to customers. Works under general supervision to perform maintenance calls
Performs routine precision tune-ups and maintenance on heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment as well as accessories in an accurate and timely manner
Inspects and performs limited diagnostics on equipment to identify potential problems to prevent premature and unexpected breakdowns or callbacks
Completes routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as needed or required
Responsible for delivery and removal of parts and equipment needed to complete service work
Assists the ServiceTechnician in servicing heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment as well as accessories
Using hand-held device records all required information on customer call. Completes all forms and paperwork in a neat, timely, complete, and accurate manner. If necessary, collects payment from customers.
Communicates with dispatch, while on duty, to ensure dispatcher has an accurate status report of activities and availability
Responsible for delivery of excellent customer service and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Promotes products and services to the customer. Calls Sales and Service Coordinator with specifics on replacement product sales leads generated from customer service visit.

Qualifications
What Makes You A Great Fit:
Bachelor's degree in human services field (Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Educational Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, etc.). Preference to master's degree.
Minimum of 7-8 years human services industry experience, specific to Developmentally Disabled/Intellectual Disabilities populations. Combined with 5 years of progressive senior level management experience.
Experience with Supportive Living, Waivered Sites, Residential Group Homes, and/or Day Programs

Job Duties
* Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Crown and all other makes of lift trucks.
* Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks.
* Maintain a service van and its inventory.
* Process paperwork after completion of each job.
Minimum Qualifications
* Less than 2 years related experience
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.
Preferred Qualifications
* Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes, knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and hydraulics and internal combustion engines, and the ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.
* Good written/verbal communication and customer care skills.
* Technical degree, previous lift truck repair, welding experience, and knowledge of various types of testing equipment preferred.
* Familiar with tools and equipment such as common hand tools, electrical/air tools, torch, arc welder and various types of testing equipment.
* Industry related training is preferred
* Ability to read and understand service manuals, plan, and follow-through

What You Get To Do:
The Indiana Senior Leader is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to a team of up to social service six direct supports in Indiana. This role is responsible for the overall administration and growth of the Dungarvin business and services within their prospective area. This person is responsible for nurturing and developing relationships with potential and existing business partners including local, state, and federal legislative and department representatives, advocacy groups, trade associations, and other stakeholders as warranted.
Duties include:
Strategic program and fiscal planning/management
Development and evaluation of programs
Compliance with business and program regulations and laws
Assure quality of services meet regulatory and licensing requirements
Management and expansion of markets
Hire, coach/mentor, train, and supervise direct reports
Serve as the primary representative of Dungarvin and a liaison between senior administrative staff and funding and oversight authorities.
Qualifications
What Makes You A Great Fit:
Bachelor's degree in human services field (Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Educational Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, etc.). Preference to master's degree.
Minimum of 7-8 years human services industry experience, specific to Developmentally Disabled/Intellectual Disabilities populations. Combined with 5 years of progressive senior level management experience.
Experience with Supportive Living, Waivered Sites, Residential Group Homes, and/or Day Programs
Must have financial management skills and budget experience in excess of 10 million dollars as well as be personally accountable for the P&L
Prefer previous experience with the state of Indiana systems and Medicaid Waivers.

The schedule is Monday- Friday 8:30AM- 5:00PM (FLEX)
and
should anticipate evening, weekend hours and overnight stays; to meet the needs of subordinates, customers, and external entities, and to achieve organizational outcomes.
